The food was delicious. The drinks were made well and tasted delicious with fresh ingredients. I would go agian to eat and have drinks. The service was wonderful I believe our servers name was Jose. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the restaurant. I was hesitant about ordering a Cosmo because they are usually not made well this one was so good! It tasted wonderful.

I had the pleasure of having dinner at Ayala’s Bar and Grill in Hesperia, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection, and the drinks were just as delightful.
Our waitress truly stood out — I can’t say enough good things about her. She was professional, attentive, and such a light to have as our server. She made the experience even more enjoyable.
The live entertainment was fantastic. They had a norteño band that was beautiful, followed by another live band that kept the energy going. The ambiance was energetic ,cute, and inviting, it definitely encouraged you to have fun, and enjoy the moment.
We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Came for my mom’s birthday tonight to have a great time and eat amazing food. But the best part of tonight was the AMAZING WAITER!! Jose. So attentive and kind. It’s been a LONG time we haven’t had a great waiter. Thank you Jose!!!!

We came here tonight after seeing a noticeable upgrade while driving past. The place inside is beautiful, definitely a nice place for date night or family celebration it is spacious, lively, and loud! (I’d turn the music down a tad) because it did feel like we were yelling across the table… the food that came out was good. However, our wings that came out were cold to the bone… Every order after that was great! (They fixed the wings and made it right)
The happy hour is good, very worth it drinks took awhile to make their way out. The brownie dessert is okay slightly dry, We’d definitely come here again in a few months after more staff is hired they did feel very tight staffed. Overall, we didn’t get offered more chips or salsa.

If you like Banda music you’ll love Ayala’s. They have happy hour before 6 m-f. Beers are nice and cold and Margaritas are decent. We love the carnitas. Try a churro ice cream or a brownie sundae they are really good. Great place to celebrate a birthday or socialize.

Delicious best home made chili relleno that was so good like if my momma just took it off the stove when I was a kid! The carnita tacos were super stuffed with juicy meat we were so hungry to eat we just dived right in so I forgot to take pictures of the food at first. They do home made tortillas that just made the whole meal POP it was good and the carne asada burrito was not like every other asada burrito. The meat was a great flavor and cooked with a slight crisp somehow but still tender I am NOT ONE TO ORDER A carne Ada’s burrito anywhere but next time IM DEFINITELY GETTING ONE FOR ME I’m glad I tried my husbands!!! It was very very clean too!

I only tried a few food items one which included rice that was really lacking any sort of flavor. Atmosphere is pretty cool they have Banda playing so it can get pretty loud and the bartender Luis seems to know how to mix drinks. Thanks for the good service
