I tried leaving a review before but for some reason it wasn’t posting, so let’s try this again. I have eaten here many times, and the quality of the food and service is always consistently good! Their chicken is phenomenal!! Their asada fries are absolutely delicious! Coffee is decent (for a non coffee shop), and their ice cream and deserts are very tasty as well. Overall, I think the food is very good and would absolutely recommend coming and giving them a try!

First time coming here about a year ago wasn’t so great. Today, I had a really good experience. Greeted with a great attitude. Lots of more items added to the menu. We got our food in a timely manner. Had the carnitas sandwich, burger meal, and fried plantain with sour cream. Everything was really delicious. The A on the window should be self explanatory. A joyful ambiance with great music playing in the background will definitely return.

This place offers the best food with its own unique flavor. I love their grilled chicken, sausages, rice, and beans. This is one of the best places in Palmdale to dine. The restaurant service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I have eaten at the restaurant and ordered food to go. Their food leaves you with fond memories and a happy smile!

Came here while passing through Palmdale and it was definitely worth it. They are sort of a Mexican Cuban fusion. They have a lot of Mexican treats like quesadillas and burritos. But they also have plenty of Cuban food choices. We tried quite a few things like empanadas, Papa rellena, friend plantain, and Cuban sandwich. All of which we’re delicious. But I must say, we also ordered a half chicken and it absolutely stole the show. It was smoky deliciousness that must be ordered when you visit this place. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Leticia took care of our every need while seated at our table. We will definitely be visiting this place again, even though we live over an hour away.

This was my first of what will be many visits. Today’s order had to be what appears to be their specialty – the grilled/smoked 1/2 chicken combo which comes with black or pinto beans and yellow rice all for $13.99. First, the drumstick. Skin on, moist dark meat with a wonderfully mild, not at all too strong smokey flavor. The smoke is there but it doesn’t overpower the meat. PERFECT. Next the breast. Skin on, solid 7.8 – 8.2 in juiciness, excellent texture, same smoke and that wonderful flavor you expect from the white meat breast. This was a delight to eat. It also came with a wing and a thigh, which I’m saving for a late night snack. This 1/2 chicken isn’t a giant bird. The breasts you see in the supermaekets are nearly double the size. So this 1/2 bird fit cozily in an 8 inch by 8 inch container. A grilled pepper is included. What I appreciated was the chicken was covered inside the container which seemed to retain the heat and moisture for the ride home. Nice touch!
One thing that positions a restaurant for long term success is a menu that offers enough variety so as not to bore the customer. The menu here is extensive!! Its big. I always like to take a shot at something that isn’t an obvious specialty item, so I also orderd the Asada sandwich $13.49. This sandwich will cure anyone’s hunger standing in at 12 inches. The perfect sandwich has the appropriate amout of fixings for the amount of bread. These folks totally nailed it. On what I assune is a ln Italian roll, might be french as I am not a bread expert, you are given a good amount of asada, cooked onions, and lettuce. This flavorful monster was a wonderful surprise. In a world that is seemingly short on hot sandwiches, this one is a standout. I greedily ate half without hesitation and kept the other half for tomorrow’s lunch!
I also ordered onion rings $5.99 and was happy with the large portion provided. They are a good standard battered onion ring and not extreamly crunchy. If you like a good safe large portion of this style of onion ring, you won’t be disappointed.
All in all, I am very happy and inspired to return!

And let me tell you that We were not disappointed at all.
The chicken was super flavorful and delicious. Rice and black beans were on point!
We also tried the Cuban sandwich and the Asada sandwich both were huge! Tasty, fresh and chefs kiss delicious.
We also tried the stuffed potatoe balls and those are Huge! But delicious.
Some empanadas were terminated along with some Pineapple pastry and that’s only because they were out of the Guava pastelitos.
10 out of 10 definitely recommend this place.
We are definitely going to keep coming back cause they have also Platanos.
