I usually go to the Snouffer school location, who is always fantastic but they don’t deliver so I had to use the Frederick Ave. one. I ordered tres amigos enchiladas (one beef, one chicken, one cheese). My order was delivered and was wrong. It was ice cold, falling apart, and ALL 3 were cheese only. I called the restaurant and initially they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and asked for an manager or supervisor and they said there wasn’t anyone one there right now. I then said “well who is in charge?” and they said “no one.” As a restaurant manager myself, I have a hard time believing that no one was in charge, but it’s not surprising considering the terrible food and complete lack of customer service that was given. The girl didn’t even say sorry to me or offer any kind of a solution. I’m very upset to say the least.

The worst ever! Go somewhere else. I asked Please many times NO ONIONS. Not only was there onions on all 3 items I ordered, but we’re placed under the other food. Like they did it on purpose! They had to know with fajitas i would find out. When I showed it to them, they all of a sudden did speak english. Well guess what I speak enough Spanish and no Cebollas is NO ONIONS. For the ridiculous prices nowadays and they fact that they just didnt care, I will NEVER eat there again. I will also go out of my way to tell everyone. What if I was allergic. Goto to Mi Rancho better food, better service and better attitude!

I’m not from this state, but when I visit, this is my go to pupuseria spot. I’ve been coming here at least 15 years. The food is always great especially the pupusas and horchata. I ordered yesterday and this is the first time the pupusas were different and the first time the waitress was rude. I think it bothered her that I asked for no ice. It was an off experience, but the giver of times over been here outweigh this. Hoping my next visit is like all my previous.

Rice has zero flavor, steak salvadoreño was tough and that’s cooked medium. Service was fine but overall zero for food quality

I been a customer for over 4 years and as always Jesenia and Gigi service is amazing! They have the greatest customer service ever. I have all my family come and visit this place for food and drinks. The food quality is great.
The only thing is they need to focus on the bathroom ceiling and doors that don’t lock. Maybe fresh paint and new dining table and chairs. Other than that thanks to the staff behind the kitchen, jesenia and Gigi. Btw thank you Jesenia for helping recommending the food tray I got for my maintenance team for lunch today.

The staff and food were excellent. The atmosphere was extremely loud and the guys at the bar were too loud and obnoxious with DJ, who runs an old fashion YouTube karaoke.

I’ve been going to Ay Jalisco on 355 for years and usually order the skirt steak with added shrimp. On my recent visit, I requested the same, but the server told me it would be $3.50 per shrimp—with no alternative options offered. When we asked to speak to the manager for clarification, he confirmed the same pricing without much explanation. I found it unreasonable to charge that much per shrimp and felt the service was unaccommodating.

So, we decided to try the Ay Jalisco location near Snouffer School instead. The experience there was completely different. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. The gentleman who took our order had no issue adding shrimp to the skirt steak carne asada dish and even took the time to explain the menu, including the different steak cuts and available add-ons. I really appreciated the helpful and customer-focused approach at this location (Snouffer school) .. no more an Jalisco at 355 ever..
