Friendly service, casual vibe and food was okay. I ordered the fajita salad with a side of chicken soup. The chicken soup was good but fajitas lacked flavor. My fiance ordered the beef enchiladas with rice and beans and he too said his dish lacked flavor. We will probably come back and try another dish.

During our lunch meeting with friends at this restaurant, we were initially impressed by its aesthetically pleasing and inviting ambiance. However, our experience was marred by several issues.
While the food’s flavor was satisfactory, the portions were small and not warm enough for our liking. Additionally, the service lacked enthusiasm and professionalism. My drink was not served as requested, and I had to repeatedly remind the staff to provide me with the correct beverage. Furthermore, other patrons at our table also received incorrect drinks. The staff’s failure to promptly refill glasses was another notable oversight.
Overall, this experience diminished the enjoyment of our visit. Despite these shortcomings, I am inclined to give the restaurant a second chance in the future.

This place is amazing for breakfast. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The service is fast and they have amazing food. The breakfast tacos are excellent especially for the price. 5 stars!

From a breakfast taco standpoint, this place is top-notch – 10/10. Homemade tortillas heavily loaded with all your favorites taco combinations. The staff is excellent too, service moves at your pace, so there’s no waiting around for food or the check. If you want to be in and out quickly, you can. If you want to hang out for a while, that works too. Just a solid spot all around.
Lunch doesn’t disappoint either. The specials are always great and come out hot and fresh. I’ve also used them regularly for office catering and holiday parties, and they consistently deliver. Can’t say enough good things about this place

My first visit to this restaurant. I had the Steak Ranchero Plate. in a word it disappointing I couldn’t detect any seasoning except the small amount of sauce that they put on top. The steak was grizzly and not tender I am not sure what cut they used but not good. For the $17 price I expected at least a sirloin steak.
The avocado spread was good, it had a nice balance of flavors. The charros bean were just ok, I have had better. The rice is pretty typical of most Tex-Mex restaurants, a bit too over cooked in my opinion, I like rice that still has some bite to it. The chips were good thin with just enough crunch, the salsa had a good flavor but in terms of spiciness it was super mild.
The wife had the Chicken Enchiladas with Crema Plate, she said the chicken was tender and tasty, her black beans could have had more flavor. She liked the very mild salsa served with the chips. The flour tortillas were fresh, soft and hot.
They have a large menu so I would try them again and see how it goes.

I got the Sizzling Beef Fajitas. The meat was tender and flavorful. It came with sautéed onion, mushrooms and bell pepper. They brought corn and flour tortillas. The corn was not as good as I have had in other restaurants. But over all the food was delicious. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff, defiantly worth a try.

This is the second time my husband and I had this guy. The server Pepe ignored us the entire time we were there. My husband had to get up to ask for stuff we needed. Pepe never came to check on us and asked if we needed anything. When he took our order he didn’t ask menu questions on what we wanted. He brought us the wrong drink and tortillas ( because he never asked or didn’t hear us right when we ordered) but he gladly checked on every other table around us and went out of his way to other tables out of his section. Idk if we weren’t old enough for his preference or light enough for his preference but my husband and I are the kind of people that will tip our bill if the service is amazing and if the server gives us a good experience. My husband enjoyed his tall glass of beer he didn’t ask for ( asked for bottle) and I loved my one glass of tea I got. Thanks ay Chiwawa.

My mother and aunt visited this place earlier today. They sat down and ordered. Other people were seated well after but were served rather quickly. After waiting a bit longer, they asked the server to check on their food; she never returned. They decided to leave and as they were leaving tried to share the experience with the manager who was clearly uninterested in their experience. In fact, someone yelled into the kitchen, “Table 18 is walking out” I presume to alert staff. There are so many Mexican or Tex-mex restaurants in San Antonio, no need for us to patronize a place that has so little regard for their customers.
