Aww Shucks food truck came to serve furloughed employees at the downtown Birmingham Social Security Office. They offered not one but two Street corns, four different flavors for free to any employee that came out to the truck. The street corn was hot and delicious and the two gentleman cooking and taking orders were very nice and professional. Their kindness during this time is greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much!

I have always been a customer when I am able to find the truck. Today they did a good deed for the employees at SSA due to the government shutdown. They provided 2 ears of corn of choice to every customer. I would have been thankful for 1, but 2 was definitely top tier and very much appreciated! One of my favorite food trucks in the city! I’ve been getting corn from them for over a year. The Staff is always friendly and helpful when I visit this food truck! My favorite corn flavors are the veggie garden, garlic parmesean and then Mexican Street Corn!

I was heading to the airport to go home after a long business trip and figured I would get a quick bite to eat. I saw some photos of the street corn on google so I had to detour to give it a try!

We loved the hot bar and the loaded corn on the cob. We are vegan, and there were so many choices for us! Everything we had was delicious and well-seasoned. The team there was so friendly and helpful, too. We will definitely be back!

Deliciousness. Please support local owner/operated small businesses like this–their proof is in the puddin’…or corn in this case. Courteous speedy friendly counter service offering up yummy reasonably priced in an easy to find/park location. Was at the nearby postal carrier facility for training and grabbed both me and my trainer the 4 special flavors for $20 deal. Even he claimed it was delicious. I rarely give 5 stars but would consider if that preparation counter was lower because I wanna see these bad boys getting dressed up. I hope to return to try the rest of the flavors and would easily bring a platter of these to any function as my dish.
