tell me why i visited from out of town, came here thinking it would be good, but i was wrong. not only did they burn my onion rings, but i ordered a single patty burger, and they up-charged me for a double. i’m beyond pissed. i told them my concern, and they asked if i would like a to go bag. this place is utter bull crap. needs to be closed again.

A great addition to the town! Definitely a bit of a wait for service, but nothing out of the ordinary for a new restaurant location. The food was hot and fresh and the few employees we interacted with were friendly and smiling. Definitely looking forward to when they have the indoor dining open to be able to get a frosted mug of root beer.

Excellent fresh cooked burgers and onion rings. I always get special order on my burger and it’s always correct and great. So very friendly service. And of course, The Root Beer is so very full of flavor and just like I remember from years gone by.

Just had a burger meal and it was hot, fresh and made like it should be. Fries piping hot. Did it take longer than other fast food places, a little, but I promise you, it was worth the little extra wait. Give them a try. Very nice people with great customer service.

I’ve always wanted to visit this A&W whenever I came to Hot Springs. When we finally went, we found it shutdown. But …! It has reopened and the food is good, the service was good, the restaurant is clean, and the new owner actually comes out and greets you at your table. Conveniently located by the 70/270 highway off Central in Hot Springs. If you get a chance and just want some good food, come here.

A last-minute destination lunch decision that added extra stars to the day. A&W was clean, staff was friendly, food was really good (greasy hot cheeseburger with fresh crunch veggies on a soft bun, cheese curds that did not disappoint, and the best root beer I’ve ever had). The root beer is made fresh and was served in a frosty mug.
Will definitely come back next time I’m in Hot Springs!

Food is always fresh and really good for fast food. The owner is always pushing to make it a 5 star experience. The quality is always the best, so is the atmosphere for a fast food place. Price is fair, friendly people, just a manager trying to make a good restaurant thrive after taking over from a bad owner back in 2023. Enjoy.

We are here tonight and it was absolutely wonderful but even more so the atmosphere was made even sweeter by the customer service we received from Krista and Destiny. They were so sweet and so knowledgeable about the products offered. The French fries are perfection. Soft on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside. Two of my kiddos got the chicken tenders and the rest of the four of us got burgers. It was all delicious but the chicken tenders STOOD OUT! I know it’ll sound silly because “it’s just a fast food joint”, but the were some of the best tenders we’ve ever had. And we love fried chicken. Hot Springs y’all have a gem right under your noses and don’t even know it.
