We have gone thru the drive up twice for an ice cream cone & twice the ice cream is so soft & melty that it can’t hold its shape. Just a blob on the top of a milk shake thick cone full. Big bummer as A&W is my favorite nationwide ice cream cone experience. Moscow Idaho does an awesome job… Walla Walla does a very poor job. Helpers were nice but really shouldn’t take money for that.

Really sub-par experience. I asked for extra mayo and some Fry sauce.. didn’t get either. Also, no napkins. The sandwich was dry and almost no flavor. The fries had an odd flavor so I tossed them. The drink had no ice in it at all.
It was a good waste of $12.

Very rude and passive aggressive employee, had to think about costs and what me and my step brother were feeling in the drive thru, he was very impatient and had a rude tone, at the window I asked for coke, instead of coming over and saying “we don’t have coke did you want anything else” or whatever…he came over with Pepsi …..I’m not picky but…he came over and was very rude….”we didn’t have coke so I got you Pepsi”
I’d give the dude a damn warning because it’s very disrespectful and he’s lucky I wasnt going to fight about it…but there’s other that’ll be pissed if they asked for something and got something else with no willingness of the item

Went there for a late night snack, the burger was good but the root beer float was icy, which might be due to using soft serve as opposed to a regular hard vanilla ice cream. I wouldn’t order it again!

Service is always super strange when I go through the drive through. We have witnessed the person taking our order stop mid order and yell “Take my picture! Okay now with the bag in my hand now with the bag.” We would ask if she got our order and she would have us repeat it many of times. Unfortunately that isn’t the only time that similar situation has occured. We are always sent to wait around the corner even when noone is there and often times many other vehicles are waiting around the corner as well to the point in which there is no room for anymore cars. When I have dined in I have witnessed the manager park next to the door leaving limited parking for patrons bringing in coffees interrupting the staff and the service making the wait time even more unbearable. I only give 2 stars because I truly love the food. The service needs a little T.L.C.

I ordered the pub fish and chips. The fish was good but the French fries were cold. They did not put in any napkins, a fork for the cole slaw or tarter sauce for the fish! I will not be going back ever!!!!
