Just went to the a&w/kfc in airway. I gotta say I’m pretty happy. Got the 2 for 6$. I got a huge burger and onions rings. Great deal, taste good. Gonna be hitting this place up instead of “McDonalds” that just charges WAY! to much anymore and the burgers get smaller every time I come in.

Got the Cod Fish Meal, guess it’s done by weight, there was more batter than fish and I was not able to eat the french fries because there was way to much salt. No ketchup and no napkins.

Shockingly horrible. A&W is the Mrs’ favorite fast food chain and this one is closest to home, so we’re here somewhat regularly. Never had an issue until today. The burger and wrapper were coated in a black/brown sludge that I’m assuming is because the grill hadn’t been cleaned. (Or at least I hope that’s what it was.) Took one bite and it tasted absolutely foul. If it wasn’t for the fact that we had already left, I would have gone back in and demanded a refund because it was truly awful. I still gag at the thought of the taste. Plus the guy at the drive through window seemed very careless, and almost rude. Do better guys, wow.

Where to start……oh yes. The fries were so salty, they were inedible and they were cold. The root beer was too syrupy. My wife’s sandwich was supposed to have no pickles, even said minus pickles on the receipt. It had pickles on it, and it was cold. Apparently the fries and sandwich were cold because they were sitting while they waited for the corn dog nuggets to cook. That was the only hot portion of the meal. Oh , and, they forgot our side of ranch(on the receipt also) and no napkins. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Most of the tables for the customers wasn’t clean, but the food was good and the bathroom was clean. Restaurant managers in general need to enforce a presentability clause for the employees to take out their revolting face jewelry while on the clock, especially that big ring in their nostrils. It looks like a bad case of snots running down to their upper lip, and we don’t want to eat there anymore. Managers, it’s NOT discrimination, it’s driving away business! If you want your restaurant to bankrupt, keep these people as waitresses and food servers. It’s just that simple. They’re too dense to understand they’re a gross out!

I just went to get a meal the hamburger was super salty and the fries were worse in the salt. What is going on why do you put so much salt in the food it’s not suitable for eating!!! I tried to call the restaurant and say that they have a problem with the salt or who is doing the cooking could care less about the taste of the food that people are paying for! I’m very angry because I thought I was going to enjoy my meal. Now I’m having to cook when I just got out of the hospital and wanted to rest.
