Food is ok, and employees are kind and helpful but I’m pretty sure there Drive-thru speaker system needs an upgrade. Employees have a very hard time hearing our order, resulting in repeated wrong/missing items.

A&W has awesome food and the service is usually pretty nice. That being said, their policy of asking me to pull forward and wait for my order is really annoying. Even when there are no other drives. My food got snowed on for no reason, and so did your employee. It’s an obnoxious policy that I’ve only seen here, it would be nice if management dropped it.

Food is made fresh and the chicken is portioned well. The A&W shakes are actually the most ridiculous part, I wasn’t expecting a legit creamy shake. The shake so good it caught me off guard. If your on the fence just do it, place is filled with positive workers who care about your experience.

Great burgers! They’re as good as, if not better than, all other Wenatchee burgers. You can tell they’re freshly cooked and made. Pickles are cold. Strange thing to say? Yes, but try them and you’ll appreciate the pickles.

The burgers are decent and the Chili Cheese Dog hits it. The restaurant is both A&W and KFC.
