We stopped at A&W after errands. We were starving. Our food was really delicious. The burgers had a perfect char and tge bacon was crispy. Much better than I expected from fast food. The staff was friendly and speedy.

Very friendly staff. Place is clean and a good Canadian A&W burger is way better than a US one. Who knew there was a deference. Easy access off the highway as it’s right on the corner of a traffic light.

I ordered an item that I was told was going to cost X price for a combo and that the item by itself was going to cost approximately $2 less, but after she put everything into the system, the price came out $5 higher. Instead of making it right when I told her it was $5 more than if i had bought the two items separately she just said, “I know.” That was it. Didn’t offer to fix it.

Was actually impressed with the burger and fries I had! And the root beer is the best I’ve ever had! When I was there, they were under staffed and the soda machine wasn’t working, people were being rude to the staff. I work retail, don’t be rude to the employees for stuff that isn’t their fault.

Never thought I’d be leaving a 5-star review for a fast food spot, but here we are, thanks to Simon at the KFC/A&W. This young lad was an absolute standout. Professional, kind, and running the place like a seasoned manager. Honestly, it felt like he was the manager. The level of independence, work ethic, and calm under pressure he showed was beyond impressive. My partner and our mates all walked away saying the same thing: “That guy’s going places.” Hard-working, polite, and sharp, Simon is a rare gem in fast food. He deserves all the praise (and then some).

We are new to the area and frequent this store. One of the first times going they forgot my husbands meal. When we called the manager I believe his name is Kenny told us to come back any time and we would get the entire order remade and free of charge. Weeks went by and I was craving a bacon double from them so hubby went. The manager recognized my husband and made his workers make our burgers completely fresh for us and made sure it was done correctly. Hands down the best quality and freshest burger I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant. I will continue to support them as long as he is the manager. He does an amazing job for his customers and deserves so much in life for being so attentive.

Their food is delicious! Their shakes are also not bad, they aren’t the most delicious thing ever, but they are decent. They are super fast with the service, which is a really big plus. Overall, definitely not my favorite fast food restaurant of all time, but it is good for what it is.
