Great employees who had long hair that should be contained in hair nets. Just keeps people safe from stray hairs in their combo meals. Place was spotless and very quiet on this visit.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, vanilla shake with no whipped cream and onion rings. The server put whipped cream on it and said it didn’t show up in her screen that there wasn’t supposed to be any. I told her I didn’t want any and she had a very nasty attitude towards me and the way she threw it away was very disgusting. Whether or not it was or wasn’t on there doesn’t give you the right to get such a nasty attitude over something so trivial. Definitely worth the effort to go back

Use there order yourself pad and grab a number to place on the table. 4 workers in an empty restaurant and still had to go get my order twice. 1st the float and then the food. They looked at that number with a yeah right pal look on there faces!

The wait time to get your food is horrendous, I ordered 20 minutes ago and there are people that have been waiting for manger then that to get food. So who knows how long it will take for me to get my food. The employees behind the counter look like they don’t even want to be here and when you stand at the counter to get service because you are paying with cash they act like you are an inconvenience to them. I would have been better off going into the gas station and getting a roller dog. Pretty sure this will be my last time stopping here.

I often visit this location as I travel this stretch of I-84. Most of the time, food is good and delivered quickly. Occasionally, they get behind on tables, or miss a detail on your order. You typically need to ask for napkins, but they do have a jukebox!

UPDATE: We ALL got sick from the food.
Stopped by to grab some food while traveling. This place… It just wasn’t good. Took us 30 minutes in drive thru, 10 of which was waiting for the cashier to greet us and take our order and spent over $40 here. The cashier wasn’t very nice and very impatient when gathering our money together. While waiting even longer for our food, we seen the employees chatting, laughing, and pulling their masks up and down while socializing while our food was waiting at the pass to be handed out. After waiting forever, our food wasn’t even that great. The cheese curds tasted like fish, my cheese on my burger wasn’t melted and the second half tasted straight like grease.
Total waste of money and will not be coming back.

The women working were rude and disrespectful, especially the check out lady. If you don’t like the public, don’t work in it. There’s a certain level of niceties that are expected when you’re spending your money on something someone is selling, you can’t expect to have return customers or even new customers when if there’s animosity from the workers. I read these reviews every time before I go into a place. I won’t be back and I hope people read these reviews before they spend their money here.

From grand junction co, I’m actually a secret audit for another state, we went in to order a chili cheese fry, and a number 15 with a root beer float, the lady with a nose ring, wanted to argue with us because we didn’t receive our food, and she messed up our order putting a drink instead of a root beer float, she decided to state let’s look at your receipt, just because you messed up our order, of course it’s going to show on the recipe.

Everything is really good! That’s the plus! Everything is priced a little high though. Seeing as they’re not everywhere, I see that they need their prices higher too, because they don’t get much business. Other than that, I subtracted one star simply for the lack of distribution of many restaurants throughout the country and hence their higher prices. Papa Burger was $7.65. cheese curds were $23.96 for 4 orders! French fries were $4.78 for two orders. Root beer float was $3.29.
