Pulled in at 11:39am (lunch time) and there was a line of 5 cars. Got up to the box to order, ordered my one burger alone…no meal.
They are SUPER slow even for lunch time. When I got to the window, they took my money and asked me to pull to the front and wait….for my ONE burger. There are two other cars waiting for food also. 11:57, got my burger.
Burger is good. It’s hot and has good flavor but, run of the mill for fast food, for $7.50…I would rather go anyplace else and not wait so long.
Take your own chances.

Good food for a good price. Went through the drive thru and ordered. The attendant never read my order back, no big deal it was a simple one. Paid and went on my way, I always double check my bag, and I was missing the 2nd Mac bowl. Went back around and ordered another. I would jave given 5 stars, but the employees working were having a personal conversation BOTH times through, and in turn got my order wrong. Had they stopped talking and or repeated my order the mistake wouldn’t have been made. Not a huge thing this time, but what if my order was more complex or cars stacking up behind me? I go months in between eating out like this, but I will be back.

I have been visiting this A&W KFC combo restaurant for several years and always have a pleasant experience. The food is good and the staff is fairly quick with orders. What I love most is that you can mix and match items between the A&W side and the KFC side. This trip I had a burger with mac and cheese for my side with a root beer freeze (which I highly recommend for your drink, it is like a mix between a milkshake and a slushy!). Worth visiting if you like either of the two restaurants.

I ordered a 16 piece bucket of Chicken and 2 large Root Beers. 1 large Onion Ring and 1 large Fry in the Drive through lane. I was impressed by the guy in front of me with a White Chevy Tahoe because he paid for my food!! Thanks to the very nice guy!! This was July, 9 at 11am. I was impressed with the speedy service and friendliness The grounds and signs were very clean. When I got home we at a fraction of the giant meal but the food was so good!!! Thank you for making our repeat visits a true treat!!

I honestly don’t know why I’ve given this location so many chances, but this is honestly trash. I don’t know if it’s privately owned or franchise owned but you guys should start figuring it out or pay your employees better so they actually enjoy their job. When ordering a chili cheese dog you would expect to get some chili with your cheese no? Such a sloppy display.

Just know that the staff here are AMAZING. They will do anything to get you the BEST possible deal and they will LOAD you up with fries and sauces. Trust me when I say this, my boy that works here (don’t know his name) is the ICON of Monmouth with no close competition other than James at the local Burgerville. I will be a repeat customer after their excellent customer service and deals that they made for me to save 30 cents and get fries! Way better than the local Carls Jr. and definitely the BEST fast food option in all of Monmouth, without a doubt in my mind!

Workers are lazy, and impatient, can’t listen properly. But even then the food isn’t really worth it, floors look like they need deck scrub afew times. I can go to Florence and have a better visit at their a&w than here. And I recommend Florence as they have a bigger menu friendly workers, nicer environment.
