Extremely poor service!!! Make sure you have some time before you come here because you will be waiting. Had a male customer go in the women’s restroom right before she did. Food was not hot and undercooked. Please avoid this establishment. If you’re still reading this then we are still waiting. Somebody, please get these employees in order. This is not how you run a fast food restaurant.

First, awesome staff, there was 2 staff working the front, both were friendly and had great service manner. Really had a good impact on the visit.
Restaurant is next to the convenience store for the gas station, so good stop after grabbing gas.
I had a cheese burger meal, was really good, had a nice flame broiled taste an the fries were nice and crispy with good flavor.
Had lots of yummy looking treats that I will have to come back for like root beer floats, frozen treats and milk shakes.
Restaurant and tables were kept really nice and clean (bathrooms too!) and had lots of seating. Self serve fountain drinks are off to one side with A&W’s famous root beer, made with cane sugar, not corn syrup…Delicious!
Thanks to staff for great service, this place is recommended!

If you drive through and order any food instead of just drinks, keep in mind they make it when you order, so it will take a few minutes.
They recently tweaked the root beer mix and it is even better than before, and still made fresh on site.
Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, or come back if you’ve been there before, as it is much improved over years, or even just recent months past.

Sorry that I came 13 minutes before close but the lady at the drive thru said they closed down everything while having a “chuckle”. 9:47 when they closed at 10pm. Luckily the other gentlemen took my order after I said “no your not closed. I work in the car business and have stayed till midnight at times because it was my job. Completely unprofessional and to have the nerve to laugh. Good job on him taking my order after I said ” your still open” and the other women should find something else. I was calm and completely polite. Food is great. Love the onion rings.

Worst fast food restaurant ever. I’ve been through the drive-thru eight times, and into the dining area once. Of those nine times I’ve been, they’ve shorted us eight of them, one of them being when we actually went into the restaurant. Three times I was shorted the same item, a chicken sandwich. The last time I was there, I checked my bag before I drove off, and the girl said ‘oh, are you missing your chicken sandwich?’ If she knew what I was missing already, it was deliberate. They skim off your orders, effectively stealing your food. If it was one time in nine, that’s a mistake. Three times, and it’s suspicious. Eight out of nine times, and it’s obvious theft. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Do not waste your time or money here.

Been here several times since it opened. No issues, always got the order correct. My favorite day is Thursday. $5 deal includes two double cheese burgers. The root beer does not contain HFCS and makes a wonderful float! I don’t eat fries with that… they also have delicious onion rings! Dang, now I’m hungry!

I went through the drive-thru around 5:00 pm on 1/3018. Ordered a cheeseburger. When I opened it (about 3 minutes later) it was covered in a tinfoil wrapper with a 3 inch hole in it where all of the juices had ran out. Juices not in bag. They had ran out before it was given to me and I got a soggy, holy, wrapper. Then, the cheese was not melted, and was still cold. The burger was room temperature at best. It was like a used burger somebody had brought back and they resold it to me. I live in the neighborhood and thought I would give them a try. That was it for me. May go back for root beer, but never food.

Fresh food and outstanding customer service! Closing crew went above and beyond their job description for my fiance and I on Friday night. It’s difficult to find even semi-decent customer service at a fast food restaurant these days. We’ll DEFINITELY be back.

I will only come here for the Root Beer floats, the service is always sub-par. The drive-thru is painfully slow, employees don’t seem to be trained well ( I would assume there is a high turn over rate). I have witnessed more than one scene where either a staff member is being scolded by a manager or employees are just not being professional. Keep it behind closed doors ya’ll!
