I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely TERRIBLE food and customer service. Has definitely changed over time. Food there is overpriced, greasy, small portions, and either burnt food, or not cooked all the way. They are also not very friendly at all. I wish I would have waited in the line for in-n-out instead of coming here. No wonder there was only one car in their drive-thru. I ordered from the A&W menu, and got the bacon cheeseburger meal. It looks like a kids meal.. bacon was burnt so bad on the outside, and not cooked it the middle.. the size of the fries is extremely small, and most of them were cold to begin with. I will NEVER waste my money here again.

The chicken was pretty dried like it had been sitting under a lamp for way too long. Particularly not great for the time of day we were there. For the price I paid, I felt a bit robbed.
The staff was pretty friendly though and when they messed my order up they fixed it pretty quickly.

Ordered a diet root beer float. Could barely find any of the ice cream, and yes, I know it’s soft serve. It still hit the spot the…ooh ooh, but for the price, it was fantabulous! $1.00!!! 5 stars

They changed their fries they are now thick super seasoned and disgusting. They messed up my order mind u there was no one else there and they maid us wait in a pickup spot. Gave no napkins or butter or honey for my bfs KFC. I got a papa burger is was DISGUSTING, sopping wet dripping with grease and had a strange flavor. Worst burger I’ve ever had from any ff. Definitely will never eat here again, especially to spend $30 just to trash my whole meal.

Actually visited the KFC with the A&W rootbeer. Chicken greasy and cold as I ordered extra and didn’t get what I wanted at the drive through not sure when or if I will return. Mashed potatoes and gravy cold. Biscuit was okay. Pieces of chicken plentiful as ordered but not what I come to expect in taste. Overpriced for what is ordered.
A&W rootbeer is the reason why 2 stars. Service was fast in drive through but really needs to work on attitude.

Chicken tenders were dried out and over priced. . My kids didn’t eat a bite of their food. I basically paid $18 for a drink. Their food was horrible. Never again. I should’ve read the reviews before hand. Won’t be surprised when they close this establishment. Disappointing

Visited this location as I always do whenev I’m in the Sac area (living ~60 miles out) and this time, they fell FAR short of the mark. I always get the much coveted cheese curds for the drive home and some chicken legs for the kids (can’t find cheese curds even remotely close to home). I was saddened when I bit into ALMOST EVERY cheese curd there was no cheese in them– it was just crust & oil I think there were MAYBE 3-4 curds in there that had the melty cheese like it should and usually always does. Not the end of the world, just very disappointing that they actually thought I wouldn’t notice and packaged the rogue empty curds to sell to me. Like, don’t rush the deepfry process with these things! I don’t mind parking out front of the establishment to wait for them! I mean, y’all had me wait (as usual, no biggy) anyways, so why the heck you give me this garbage?! One of 2 things took place: 1) they flash fried them too hot & fast (which causes to crust to rupture, thereby spilling the melted cheese out) or 2) they actually gave them to me purposely because they were too lazy to make some fresh. I think it’s the 1st one because pretty much every other time, they have been delicious. Please do better next time, A&W! I know you can
