I asked for an original leg, but when I saw it was 4.99 I asked for an original breast. Clearly, that is NOT what I got. Then ordered a coney dog with onions. She could have warned me about how it was packaged. No onions. These two items were $10. The customer service was bad as she did not want to give me a receipt, and of course there were no napkins. Not acceptable. Wienerschnitzel has two chilli dogs and chilling cheese fries for $6…..very disappointed here.

Edit to add: the same young woman pictured below is vaping behind the counter which is a major health hazard.
There is a young woman working here who decided to have major attitude with my coworker about the restroom. When my coworker payed for her food and asked for the restroom code the worker refused to give it to her and said it was against policy to give the code out verbally. However 3-4 minutes later she gave the code to a white man verbally. I asked the female employee first what the policy is to confirm, she got upset and walked away, talking into her headset about how she isn’t giving the code or letting anyone in the bathroom. So I went up to ask the manager what the policy is. The manager said that is but not against policy to give the code out however they could pick and choose who they want to give the password to due to the area the restaurant is in. I asked if since we were paying customers we could get the code and he gave it to us. He was very friendly and didn’t have any attitude at all. As soon as he walked away the woman spoke up and said “there, you got the code just make sure you don’t forget it” I asked what her problem was and she got argumentative. I walked away to finish my food and she continued to talk loudly about the situation. I ignored her after that. Not sure what her deal was but this behavior is not acceptable from service employees.

We bought the buy one get one burger combo on Tuesday’s and they were really good. The root beer is so delicious too. The person at the drive through was very nice too. Very clean outside the restaurant too. We will definitely come here again.

I’m highly disappointed! I’m tired of spending my hard earned money on stale food. It shouldn’t be that hard if it’s set out too long drop a fresh batch quit giving people old stale food!!!!! I only came back because I had a great service a few weeks back during lunch time. Never coming back!

Terrible experience, went here last night for dinner. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals, mac and cheese, and cheese curds. Now days this is restaurant prices at 35 dollars. Was told to park because they were making fresh. Food came out and was almost jokingly bad. Given kfc fries that were cold, cheese curds that had been dunked in cold oil, room temperature mac and cheese and burgers were terrible as well. Lost a customer for sure!

Don’t go to the one on Alhambra Blvd it sucks they never have enough people working the food comes out either cold or they make it wrong. I have waited for my order sometimes for almost 1 hour. They don’t have a manager that cares about the store. It’s always dirty and tables very sticky soda area very dirty and sticky. The location on Florin Rd. They are nice the store is clean they’ve remodeled it’s very nice. Sometimes they’re slow at night because they’re under staffed. They have gotten my order wrong a few times but they fix the problem.

Took 28 minutes for one famous bowl, and they didn’t even put a fork in the bag. They were all giving it their all… but they were running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Feel like it’s a management issue.

HORRIBLE. I’m sitting at the restaurant right now. Waited 20 mins just for 2 orders of the $5 meal. The cashier could not get the order right to start of with, we had to repeat the order 4 times. Then when we finally got our order, one of the meals didn’t have the fries. My boyfriend went back to the counter to get the fries, another person comes back with the wrong order too and they attend him first and had my bf waiting for a long time. On top of all this, it’s not even busy! Never coming back.

One day while visiting our elderly aunties, they were raving about this awesome burger place that someone had taken them to. They couldn’t remember the name, but while driving them to go shopping, they both gleefully pointed out A&W. I love the fact that A&W still mixes their root beer on location with real sugar, and I’m never one to pass up a Papa burger combo with a $1 beverage upgrade to a root beer freeze.
