Ordered through Uber only to receive my order Wronggg. Drove down to have corrected. Mind you it’s about to close but the restaurant was dirtyyy And the service Sucked. They were too busy talking about nothing to each other. I assume I was dealing with the manager (wearing a different uniform from the other employees) and though she was correcting the issue her staff hands me my bag to receive my order, Again, Incomplete. (Beyond frustrated) manager hands me another bag to complete my order she lets me know she threw some extras for the inconvenience. What she really gave me was fregan Left overs. This place is rated 0 stars all around. Don’t waste your $$$.

This location is always on point in terms of freshness. Usually I get takeout, but my dine in experience was pretty memorable. The lobby was very clean, I was greeted at the door and my order was out within 5 minutes.

Had me waiting 20 min for a drive-thru order (that was not large by any means nor special requests). I had to go in, and they had it ready just sitting. They were not set up with staff but what staff was there was not doing it moving. Just overall disappointing, this was strike 3 so I will not be going back.

So once I walked in I was greeted right away.. but when I mention I don’t know what I wanted because I’d had never been here. That’s when the cashier rung me out one my order which was #1 combo. (Dine in) Which is not a complicated order. But I noticed instead of ask if I wanted a receipt she just threw it out. Then after I got my order which was a to go bag. Then I heard the manager told the customer behind gave him his receipt and a free ice cream shake (which he had kids) and told him she needed a survey. Which I thought was rude because they didn’t give my receipt. Because I was planning on eating this place for there cleanness and service they provide here it’s obviously they SELECT there customer service. They only got one star because the burger was actually decent. The tables are not clean I had to walk around to find a clean table. Will not personally dine here again and because I didn’t get my receipt to do a survey on them. I’ll just leave this here.

Went through the drive thru. 3 PC chicken tenders, Cole slaw, coke. Got Pepsi. Didn’t remember you don’t have coke or I would have had root beer. Hate Pepsi. Eating in the car in the parking lot. Made a second trip thru the drive-thru. No fork for the coleslaw. Then a third trip thru the drive-thru. No sauce for the chicken. No butter for the biscuit. No apologies.

Just left the drive thru came home and found this! A piece of chicken that appears to have been taken out of the trash!! The lady ringing my families order up was very rude and rushed us. I don’t want a replaced chicken! I don’t trust that place!

Overall, the food was decent! My only complaint is the chocolate cake was pratically ICE FROZEN. Otherwise, super good.
