The general manager was rude when I came in. She was dismissive and quite frankly needs to get out of customer service. The food was not cooked properly and chicken was still red throughout. NO APOLOGY JUST EXCUSES.

Love the inside decor of this place. Food is usually good. They have a Long John Silvers here too. Sometimes the workers are really snobby and lazy. Usually younger kids working here. Have seen them ignore customers while they’re talking or on the phones. Not all of them do that though. Again, decent food and atmosphere.

Been coming here every couple months the last few years & it’s fine. It’s never busy, oddly enough, but still surviving. A&W is a kinda cool part of Americana and I’m glad there’s one in this sleepy town & it combos with Long John Silver’s so, win win. Hot food orders always take a while (10 minute minimum it seems) but the service is always friendly and we enjoy our root beer floats while we wait. I do not recommend their chili cheese dogs but everything else is good. Clean, quiet, miss the jukebox!

The drive through is slow. Sometimes you have to wait 15 -20 minutes for your food. The food is delicious though. This is actually one of the only A&W locations in the Metro area. I Love the shrimp and chicken here!

If I could give a half star I would. And that’s because of the decorations. The lady who took our order was rude first off. She definitely doesn’t want to be here. Then messed our order up. I will never go to A W again. First time I went the fish was raw and fell apart when eating it. We had to throw our food away. Other customers had the same complaint as everyone was leaving and throwing their food away.Hadn’t gone back in two years but decided to give it another try and get a root beer float. How can they mess that up? Well they did because there were COCKROACHES in my float. The owners didn’t care. They didn’t see the big deal that roaches were in my float simple mistake will not happen again. Is the responses I received from them. They don’t deserve the one star that I had to give in order to post this comment

The food is good but, it seem like no one there knows how to count. I always order the family meals and there is ALWAYS piece’s missing and now they forgot to put a side dish. For the price we pay this is unexceptable. Maybe retraining is in order.
