I have a issue with people who are.on there phones laughing while working. Also a girl long hair going all over the place hopefully not in the food. But worst of all a girl puts her hands on her shoes to stretch her legs then waited on a customer no washing hands between. Please where is the management and standards. Food was good but you wonder how it was handled.

Employee was super nice and helpful, but after waiting a crazy long time, I finally asked and either they never made my to go order, or more than likely they handed it out the drive thru. Normally I would check it up to no big deal, but it was a VERY long time I waited, and when they did make it they still forgot something and I had to ask again. We were traveling with 4 hungry kids, anxious to get back on the road. The employee said sorry, but no offer of a refund, even free fries, anything. Not impressed, and thankfully won’t be passing thru to stop again.

Wow who doesn’t want gas in Arizona at every half a tank and what’s nice is you can stock up on snacks, use a clean well kept bathroom with a few handicapped parking . The next best thing is picking up a mushrooms beef burger with fries = Delicious, well this is my taste but there are a variety of sandwiches for everyone to even sit outside or inside and enjoy or hope in your car eat as you enjoy the little over 3 hour drive to the Grand Canyon.

They took away the ability to buy the traditional glass mugs. It was an extra draw previously as it would allow us a take home a souvenir from our visit. Still love the frosty mugs.

All 4 employees, including the manager, ignored us for 5 minutes, walking past us over and over. When I got the (obviously stoned) manager’s attention, I explained our wait time, he offered to take our order but it was waaaay too late.

Foods ok , ambience is a truck stop cafe style eatery. Customer service was mediocre, Food was decent. Restrooms were around the outside of the building. Not a bad place on the sideway of a highway. I give it 6 stars out of 10, since the cashier told me i left my phone at the counter, thats awesome.

Went on opening night and was amazed they still had food at 7pm. The float was perfect and the food was good! I had never been to an a&w before and was surprised at how yummy it was! Only complaint was that the upgraded chili fries barely had any fries, but otherwise great experience.

We Stop by weekly and order through the drive thru. We get a number 6 with a Dr Pepper and a vanilla cone. Very disappointed when I went to take a drink, and it was RootBeer. The cone also came in a cup? I get things happen, but we are ordering in the drive thru so we don’t have to get out or have to come in. Especially once an error is discovered as we were already were on the road.
