My husband and I stopped in about 20-30 minutes before closing. (We had no idea it was near closing time otherwise, we would have eaten elsewhere.) A young man offered to take our order when he seen us standing at one of the tablets. Aside from this offer, the employee seemed a bit rude. My husband made a joke about using a different name and the employee rolled his eyes and said he would just call out ‘dumbass’ instead of the name given. Before we could get our food, an employee was already urging us out the door. That employee was sitting at a table with friends (who were allowed to stay in the restaurant dining room, past closing time, despite ordering from the tablet about 10 minutes after my husband and I placed our order). However, at 7pm sharp my husband and I were forcefully handed our food and asked to leave. At least the food was good .

This place is in dire need of a good cleaning. Top to bottom. I have never been to a place so filthy. No matter where you looked from floors, walls, soda fountain, floor, napkin holders, seats. It was nasty. Down to used chew pouches in the bench cracks. The food was decent. I was nervous about eating there. It’s the next day and I’m not sick, so that’s a plus.

Good taste, and nice workers but they forgot my sauces, bacon in my double bacon cheeseburger, and the jalapeno and spicy sauce in my fiancees spicy cheese burger. We did get a free root beer freeze though.

Stopped for gas, thought we’d get a quick bite to eat. 25 min after ordering the girl at the counter asked if she can help me with something. I said ya I’m eating for my order, so another 10 minutes later I got my food and it was blah. On top of it all every restaurant table was dirty.

have ever been seen the chease was black. They cooked the burger on top of the cheese.

Cashier wasn’t paying attention to orders . She had to ask multiple times I was just ordering a #1 no onions after waiting 20 minutes for order it wasn’t my order . Plus all the tables needed wiped down no clean at all worst A&W I’ve been to !

The food was AMAZING. But oh my god, worst customer service ever. The cashier saw us waiting in line, continued to talk to her friend in the back and then she went outside. Completely ignored us. Then the girl in the back peeked her head from behind the wall but ignored us as well. Then when the cashier finally came to take our order, she acted like we were annoying her by being there. Completely rude, I honestly would have left if we weren’t so hungry. Worst customer service I have gotten in a long time.
