I had just finished some lacrosse games and this hit the spot. It was quite amazing. All the food was good. The workers were super patient and friendly. We didn’t go inside but it looked relatively nice. And the food was just super good.

This place was dirty, and not good. Would never reccomend anyone to eat here! My husband and I only ate half our food before we decided we couldn’t finish. My husband had to use the restroom before we left on the road again, he said he would have rather drove down the road. Managment needs to crack down on what is happening at this establishment.

After a long day of massaging clients, I decided to treat myself to a meal at A&W. However, upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately informed rudely that the lobby was closing in 15 minutes. Despite my disappointment, I quickly scanned the menu to decide NOT to order because they were being so pushy so I stomped out and I found a place that was healthier anyway. I completely understand that they informed me they didn’t need to be pushy and inform me twice they could’ve at least said hello instead of the akward staring in silence, so uncomfortable! Learn how to be KIND!

Gotta change the oil you cook fries in..or, you guys have the worst fries I’ve ever tasted. Employees were friendly and working as hard as they could. Still took over 15 minutes to get a burger combo. Nah, man. Too many places to choose over this. Sadly.

I came through the drive-through and not only did they tell me to pull over and wait somewhere but it took him like 30 minutes to get my food and this is when I came out of time that was not that busy. I’m not sure what’s going on with this particular location, but it’s in some serious need of help.

Ordered drive-thru, was fairly quick until we checked our order. Two orders were made wrong. Had to go back inside to get it corrected, and could here the staff making comments about making a hamburger vs. cheeseburger. One order was so messy we couldn’t attempt to eat in the car. Would not recommend this location.

First time at this location. Went through the drive thru and ordered a cheese burger with only Mayo lettuce and onions. When I opened my burger, it had mustard, pickles and onions.
