First time at this location. Went through the drive thru and ordered a cheese burger with only Mayo lettuce and onions. When I opened my burger, it had mustard, pickles and onions. First time at this location and it will be my last. If you can’t get a simple order correct, you don’t deserve my business

Door handles were dirty and gross looking, people are slow-moving. I was told my food would take 15 minutes at the most. I was still waiting 30 minutes later. Restaurant even smells unclean.

This place was dirty, and not good. Would never reccomend anyone to eat here! My husband and I only ate half our food before we decided we couldn’t finish. My husband had to use the restroom before we left on the road again, he said he would have rather drove down the road. Managment needs to crack down on what is happening at this establishment.

I went through the drive through and ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with no cheese and a double bacon cheeseburger. Get home and neither burger had bacon. I called the store and informed them of the problem and was told to bring the burgers back and they would fix the problem. I have worked in the restaurant industry for going on 20 years and have never been asked to bring the incorrect items back. I personally know that they are not allowed to accept the food back once it has left the restaurant. We also ordered root beers and both of them were 3/4 of the way full. Not a good experience here. We were also not provided a receipt.

Ordered drive-thru, was fairly quick until we checked our order. Two orders were made wrong. Had to go back inside to get it corrected, and could here the staff making comments about making a hamburger vs. cheeseburger. One order was so messy we couldn’t attempt to eat in the car. Would not recommend this location.

This place just needs to close. I am sorry about your wait times are unacceptable, the amount of times the dine in area is closed, the lights being turned off even though when calling you are open and its 6pm, and the constant short staff.
