Bought a half gallon yesterday, went back for more and was told it was discontinued 3 months ago company wide. When I indicated I had bought a half gallon yesterday, the employee, and later the MANAGER, called me a liar and said that if I could provide a receipt we could talk. Couldn’t find the receipt, but was tempted to go pour out the dregs of yesterday’s half gallon on their counter, but instead went to the next A&W over which, “shockingly” , had never heard of this “company wide change”.

Food was too hot and not well presented. KFC chicken burger was okay, could do with bit more sauce. Staff seemed young and rushed. They also forgot fries but I drove back through and re collected them with no questions asked.

Place a family meal order; 6 cheeseburgers, 6 fries, a gallon of root beer. The establishment filled 6 drive-thru orders after my order, and i didn’t even get my full order. I received 6 fries, 5 sandwiches, and 3/4 of a gallon of root beer, measured it. Waited 30 mins. for order. Mcdonald filled 18 orders in same time.

This was a rather poor experience initially. It took a little while for us to get service at the counter. Then when we did we were massively overcharged. The prices on the board were not the same as the prices in the terminal. The entered the wrong order for my son. After 3 tries they made it right, but it took a lot more explaining than should have been needed. Then they forgot the fries for my combo meal. A lackluster experience all around.

Service is way slow, we had to wait in a line off to the side. Poor guy in front of me was there before me and after me. My hamburger buns were cold for some reason which really took away from the burger. The Mac and cheese was barely warm. When they brought out the root beer there was no syrup in it so we asked for new ones. They said they didn’t have any (even though it is “made in house”) we didn’t want any other soda (I’m not a big soda drinker and went there specifically for the a&w root beer) so we asked for ice cream instead. The manager put up a stink about it. I’m like, hey, I’m not the one who didn’t keep on top of the root beer, which is literally the name of the restaurant. Won’t be going back to this restaurant. On a positive note, there was a was a girl worker who was very nice. She was made the runner to take food to the people waiting in line (she gets 5 stars)

I was just in this location on on 21 September 2022. I ordered 3 Nashville tenders and the smallest burger they had. I was charged $20.04 which I paid exact change. I waited for 45 minutes and received no food. I went in and asked for a refund, to which the employee said they couldn’t because the manager wasn’t there and the employees disappeared, I could’ve made my own food. 30 minutes later I left with no food, no refund? I would love to talk to the owner of this disgraceful establishment.

Way over salted burgers… Threw them away after only eating half. There was fry sauce on the outside of the bag making a mess. Root Beer was good though…
Edit. Later I found that my cup had a hole in it and it filled my cup holder up with Root Beer. Never going back to this location

Drive up window: Me: 2 pot pies with 2 bottle waters 1 med cheese curds-
Not science, not a lot of food
Waited over 15 mins in #1 spot, service was horrible at the window! Had to go inside to get food and it was cold
Went back to window for refund, no waters available- one cashier said just give her cups of water, poor communication ! No hablo Español

Terrible Super Salty Burgers. Not just salty…. Unbearable salt. They also gave us a separate bag with fry sauce in it. All the containers had fry sauce and butter all over them. Yes butter. We had honey and butter in our bag for burgers and fries. What? Won’t ever come back to this location! Oh and just saw that my cup is leaking Root Beer out of a hole in the bottom. Who manages this place?
