We’ve been to this A&W a few times and it’s always great! The food is always fresh and tasty and the root beer definitely hits the spot.
The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.
Every time we’ve stopped here the restaurant has been clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

This is the worst location ever ! They didn’t know what kind of drinks they had for kids. When I got my food they didn’t say anything to me at the drive thru just handed me bag handed me both drinks at the same time and looked irritated , handed me my card covered in soda and put about a quarter cup of mustard on a kids meal burger , what kid, or person for that matter wants that much mustard. You’re better understaffed then staffed with people that can’t do their job.

This place was absolutely amazing! I brought my mother here and Joseph (aka mustache guy) was so kind and caring he brought our food directly to our table! He was very sweet and deserves a raise! He had no idea the troubles we are going through but definitely made our day ten times better!!

If you’re wondering why it takes so long to get your food, or why they said that the chicken won’t be ready for a couple more hours, that they only have tenders or wings, no actual chicken ready, and that they’re out of Hamburger Patties. (Reading last reviews it seems this has been a problem) this is why. KFC here in AF is a problem and I’d be very concerned if I was the business owner. I drove across the street to Wendy’s and they served me great!!!!! Go check the review I left them.

I’ve never met such nice people! The owner was incredibly generous, giving us a fantastic deal and even some free mugs. Plus, one of the employees checked in on us like he was our personal server. The food was amazing too. We got a family-sized bucket of their fried chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and buttered rolls – it made for a fantastic evening. (It’s a co-branded restaurant with KFC). If I lived nearby, I’d definitely make this a weekly spot!

I ordered 2 $6 Papa Burgers and a Large Fries through doordash and they fufilled my order with 2 blank hotdogs.
I contacted doordash for a refund and they stated that A&W was out of burgers and A&W had made the executive decision to replace them with extremely low budget toppingless hotdogs and a Small Fry. So not only did A&W eplace every item in my order with something else I did not order, A&W won’t answer the phone for the $10 difference in what I paid and received.
I added a picture so you can see my replacement for 2 Papa Burgers and a Large Fry.
