I ordered the pork nachos for $11. They were so dry and the pork was super strong like it had been sitting in a warmer all day. My daughter and son in law each tried one and agreed. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t refund it because we had eaten some of it. Horrible food and ever worse customer service!

Flies in dining room, dust and dirt on TV above tables, food allover cooking floor, dining room tables dirty. The worker taking our order offered to clean them but kept walking away and didn’t. Sauce for our order expired 2 months ago, they didn’t notice until I showed them. Same worker handled food and money without changing his gloves. Workers masks consistently off noses and mouths. If the other gas station had something, we would go there! This location needs a health inspection fast!!

Angel was really friendly and welcoming. Upon ordering I wanted some cheese curds, and was told they were out; no big deal, so I went with fries. While our food was being made a guy showed up with a delivery of cheese curds for them, so Angel made sure to make a side of them for me and deliver them with our food, which was a nice surprise. I really appreciated it!
The good was really good. I had the 3pc tenders, which were juicy, and flavorful. The fries are really good, and the cheese curds were also very good.

Rare for me to find answers A&W as I am from the east coast. This one was in the gas station and the cashier and other guest were super friendly. Bought a small sovernier cup. Rootbeer floats always a must. They had a few tables to dine in.

I drove 100 miles to get here just to be told that they close at 9pm even though their hours of operation says till 10pm. The lady inside the gas station said the employees leave at 10pm. I am furious for driving this oong and far just to get terned away early

Just stopped in for a quick lunch and we got 2 combo burger meals with curds. It was $40 which is a little ridiculous. Then when we asked for sauce they would only give us 2 and said they would have to charge for more. I just paid $40 for a meal for 2 and you can’t even give us one more sauce? Absolutely ridiculous and will not ever be returning and highly recommend you don’t go there either.
Also, just googled of A&W only offers 1 free sauce per meal and sure enough it states you should be able to get multiple free sauces. Disappointing…

I’ve gone there multiple times to get a bacon cheeseburger they have messed it up every time. They either don’t make it into an actual bacon cheeseburger or they’ve given me a cheeseburger. I used to work there I know what is on what burgers. I’m tired of ordering a bacon cheeseburger and having them mess it up.

Flies everywhere. You could tell it had been a very long time since the trash had been taken out. The chicken smelled strange and tasted awful. I took one bite and could not stomach another. Very much wondering when the last time this place had a health inspection. It’s a shame because I used to love A&W.
