Wow! I loved going to this A&W. It was very clean on the outside and the inside was very clean. It was right off the Pine Bluffs exit and such a convenient spot with okay parking. There is a gas station right next to it which makes crazy convenient to get food and gas and Go.
Waited in line for a few minutes but do you expect when you have a line of customers. From what I could hear orders were take promptly and accurately. When the food was ready they communicated that your order was ready to go.

Great, great tasting burgers and food in general. Their burgers blow the mainstream places like McDonald’s, burger King, Wendy’s, etc away. This A & W in particular is very good every time we went. The food is always fresh, the order is right and the service is always efficient. No complaints about this store at all. If traveling through this A & W is worth the stop

This is the first time I’ve been to an A&W in 25 years and since I moved to Cheyenne I decided to take the drive out to go here.
Food was excellent and the burger was amazing, easily beating out Culver’s and of course the root beer float was excellent. The wait at the drive through wasn’t terrible either although I went at noon on a weekday.
Only downside and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they forgot a side but other than that it was excellent and I will be back.

My first time to an A & W and it was amazing!! Got there 10 minutes before closing and they didn’t mind we were still eating. I was eating super slow because of my teeth so it felt good that I wasn’t rushed out of there. One of the ladies even made sure if we needed refills on drinks before she shut down the soda machine. Definitely worth the drive to try A & W.

Our favorite place to eat from cheyenne. The staffs are friendly. They know us very well because we are their regular customers. Great place to eat plus yummy root beer float. We’ll continue supporting our favorite fast food restaurants until the end.See you soon.

First time experiencing and I loved it, had a root beer float and it was the best I ever had. Freshly made ice cream and root beer made in the store, but I will be honest I wasn’t a fan of the cheese burgers I won’t ever get another one that’s just me.

People are friendly and reasonable, small parking area but easy to work with. No need to be rude because rules put in place by state officials concerned with public safety. (Yes I was in there when Bella came thru pulling a Karen of self importance and not wanting to be courteous because she didn’t wanna take the tone to read a menu and call the restraint to place her order)

We go out of the way to go to A&W. My daughter told me this last visit that she wanted to actually eat there, and not just have a root beer float. Seriously, I forgot they serve real food there. The burger was good, especially compared to any other fast food within 30 miles. (Burger king… ech) But for me, it is always about that root beer float at the end of a very busy and hard working day.

Food was decent for where it was, had a long wait, but the food was piping hot! So, I will take hot decent food anyway over cold great food. However, I do think they could move a tiny bit fast. I mean, they are supposed to be “fast food”. Just saying.

Me and wife stopped in and had lunch. I had the cod basket and she had the shrimp basket both were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a good hot lunch.
