I was quite disappointed. First of all, there’s no signpost heralding A & W at this location. There was a KFC signpost, but we weren’t looking for KFC, so we kept driving. Eventually, we realize that A & W shares a building with KFC. Also, I had the chili cheese dog. It was small and overcooked, and I was not a big fan of the chili. We came here because my dad’s memories of A & W we’re very high. He says it’s nothing like the A&W he grew up frequenting in Sterling Colorado. He did like their strawberry milkshake a lot.

Ordered my food thru the drive thru was then asked to pull to the front only to have to wait 42 minutes for my food to come out, when it was finally delivered it was the completely wrong order, when the right order was give everything was cold and the biscuits were hard as rocks.

Ordered from the drive thru and was asked to pull ahead and wait out front for my meal. I was informed that it would be around a 5 minute wait yet sat there for over 12 minutes in addition to the time spent at the drive thru window. In that entire time one single car entered and exited the drive thru while the entire restaurant was empty of customers, so I am not exactly sure how they managed to forget to fulfill my order. If they had not for some reason forgotten about it, then at any point passed the 2.5x expected wait at least sending someone out to explain the extended delay would’ve been the most basic of courtesies.

8/15 Messed up order and young employee tried to argue they personally packed it, so it was for sure correct. Working in customer service for over 4 years, any chain would have offered an apology, happily remade the whole order, and refunded payment. She could have asked for the receipt, made what she missed and went on with her life but she decided to argue. Clearly, they aren’t teaching people how to be respectful or the ‘customer comes first’ mindset at this location. Very disappointed in not only the chain, but also her parents. 🙂

Decent fast food but to expensive. Everytime I go they have me park and I have to wait for my food, I get sometimes but I’ve only been there twice and it’s been both times. The first time I had to call inside because they forgot about me. The staff is friendly though.

Stopped by for a bacon double cheeseburger and of course, yet more cheese with a side of cheese curds! Lol. Service was fast, friendly and the order at the drive thru was accurate the first time. A&W always seems to get it right, great place for s quick and delicious fast food burger – especially on the run. This combo restaurant is decent with good, friendly help and inexpensive, tasty food. It could stand to be cleaned more often, but generally a good overall experience.
