My husband and I came here after a long day at work walked in and it was packed. The staff was amazing and working their butts off. Even with the people asking when the food was ready they were so polite and attentive. The food was great,came out hot and quick. But the main kudos goes to the that hard working supper time staff at the till and the kitchen. We saw you and appreciated you!

When I ordered through the drive through, the boy didn’t hear my food order, only the drink exception. It wasn’t a big deal, I told him at the window and he was super sweet! He’s a good kid. I think, the manager put my burger together, not sure. Someone in a black and white stripped short tossed my bag on the counter. When I got home, the burger was put together worse than I’ve ever seen and drenched in sauce. I didn’t even finish it. Cheese curds are good and the root beer freeze was good, but… I don’t think I’ll be back again because I paid $16 for a meal where I had two bites of a burger, some cheese curds, and a shake. Do better guys. I was the only person in the drive through at this time and I saw one person at the counter inside. No reason to slap my stuff together.

I was quite disappointed. First of all, there’s no signpost heralding A & W at this location. There was a KFC signpost, but we weren’t looking for KFC, so we kept driving. Eventually, we realize that A & W shares a building with KFC. Also, I had the chili cheese dog. It was small and overcooked, and I was not a big fan of the chili. We came here because my dad’s memories of A & W we’re very high. He says it’s nothing like the A&W he grew up frequenting in Sterling Colorado. He did like their strawberry milkshake a lot.

Ordered from the drive thru and was asked to pull ahead and wait out front for my meal. I was informed that it would be around a 5 minute wait yet sat there for over 12 minutes in addition to the time spent at the drive thru window. In that entire time one single car entered and exited the drive thru while the entire restaurant was empty of customers, so I am not exactly sure how they managed to forget to fulfill my order. If they had not for some reason forgotten about it, then at any point passed the 2.5x expected wait at least sending someone out to explain the extended delay would’ve been the most basic of courtesies.

8/15 Messed up order and young employee tried to argue they personally packed it, so it was for sure correct. Working in customer service for over 4 years, any chain would have offered an apology, happily remade the whole order, and refunded payment. She could have asked for the receipt, made what she missed and went on with her life but she decided to argue. Clearly, they aren’t teaching people how to be respectful or the ‘customer comes first’ mindset at this location. Very disappointed in not only the chain, but also her parents. 🙂

The trash is overflowing, and the floors were fithy. Our booth seats we’re dirty, the edge of the table was dirty. This store needs serious attention! I DON’T RECOMMEND GOING THERE. The staff seems to have time to talk, so they have time to clean.

Absolutely do not go to this restaurant. After 5 minutes of waiting for my food I started a timer and this is how long it took my to get 5 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. I told the assistant manager and his was response was to just let the GM know. The employees are not trained and spent the majority of the time wandering around staring at the order screen and no one knew what they were doing.

Me and my family went to A&W and KFC today. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food and when we got it, the burger was not made to order, and the bacon on the burger tasted as if it were microwaved. The chicken was overcooked on two pieces, and was not fully cooked on the final piece. Tasted freezer burned. Absolutely disappointed, will not be coming back to this location. To top it off, the restuarant was filthy, lemonade seemed to be rotten, only good thing was good customer service.
