Ordered a hotdog and chili cheese fries. My husband had to go back because they forgot my hot dog. Just as we are seating down to have dinner, I realize that they sent the hotdog with NOTHING! No ketchup, no mustard, just a plain winnie that looks to have just been taken out of water. I got lucky it was in a piece of bread. Fine! I said, I’ll eat my chili fries only to find out these were supposed to be my fries! A mixture of french fries, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cheese! I’m sorry but is this a joke?? Needless to say I lost my appetite. Never again!

Came “thru” at 9:20pm Sept 3; dude was running the floor alone and handling it with charm and grace. I was slow on the order and the payment, and he was calm and friendly in a way that didn’t give away how fast he was hustling. Food was all hot, location was convenient. Very impressed.

I had a question about one of the items on the menu but the cashier could not speak English so they got the one person in the building that could to answer it and take my order. Ordered a plain cheeseburger. When I got the order the cheeseburger was not plain so I informed one of the employees. Five minutes later they gave me back another cheeseburger with all kinds of toppings on it. I decided to get the attention of the only worker that could speak English. Ten minutes later I finally got my order. If you go to this location definitely go through the drive through.

I want to know why this A&w charges $7 for a large shake and $7 for a large fry when the location off of Bellevue and federal charges $5 for each as does the one of Kipling and Jewell. It was 30$ for two lg shakes and 2 lg fries
