Waited so they could make onion rings. Got home and hot dogs were missing chili and smelled funny…woke up and projectile vomited for an hour after. I do not think the hot dogs were fresh. I would have waited for fresh dogs.

Guy at counter was very friendly but the kitchen staff was a little disorganized and forgetfull when It came to dishing out orders. The service wasn’t bad. But the restaurant was not clean restroom was discussing. I got the bacon burger I didn’t know the burgers were that flat if they are but it was flat I felt like I was eating a BLT and it was dry… The fry’s was the only thing I got that were fresh. I probably would come back for fry’s and a drink but I’m good on everything else.

I had the worst drive-through experience here and A&W used to be my favorite place to get fast food. The workers are young and extremely disrespectful to the point where I considered driving away and not even waiting for my food. Such a shame.. they need to train their employees better and educate them on customer service and basic respect.

I pulled in after leaving mcdonalds on leetsdale at 9 pm the mcdonalds was closed both lobby and drive thru… But when i pulled into the a&w shaggy yo the rescue in the drive thru. He was respectful, courteous and just all out an amazing guy. Thanks for the tea and great service shaggy.
