We went to grab a quick dinner from the drive-thru. It was pretty empty in the parking lot so it should’ve been pretty fast. A lady took our order. We paid and had us go around front to wait for our food to finish (even though we were the only car there). We ordered large drinks, large fries, and told her we wanted regular extra sides.
It took about 15 minutes for our order to come out. Already annoyed. The guy who came out (it was his first day, so I don’t blame him. He was very nice and was as helpful as he could be), gave me no fries with my combo and small drinks. They only put our extra sides in the bag, with no receipt to check what we paid for.
I ask the guy for my receipt since it was not given to us to check on what we were charged for. Our order was for “regular” size combos and the extras were subbed. He informed me that the lady who took our order did this because it was “cheaper.” Now I am incredibly annoyed.
IF SOMEONE ASKS FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS OR SIZES, DO NOT “SUBSTITUTE” OR CHANGE OUR ORDER. YOU DID NOT ASK, NOR SUGGEST THAT AS AN OPTION.
I don’t care if it’s cheaper, nor did I ask for a cheaper option. Give me what I ask for, or at the very least, try asking your customer if they want to do that instead of assuming. If you don’t want to, try working somewhere that’s not customer service oriented. A&W/KFC, do yourselves a favor and hire someone who knows how to ask questions and write down what the customer orders for. It’ll save you a lot of business by having employees do what they are hired for.
Everyone, drive the extra few miles. It’ll be faster to get your food somewhere else than here, and most likely, get what you asked for.

Went through the drive thru to get a quick drink on my way home. Saw y’all still make the root beer. Ordered a half gallon and was instructed to park. From the moment I parked to the moment I got the root beer, 17 minutes had passed. Thank you very much to the employee who was outside on break, went back inside, came out and asked what I needed and delivered my drink. I never would have gotten my Root beer if he hadn’t come back outside and asked.
Edit 1: Oh my God hahaha I can’t believe I had to come back and EDIT this!!! The root beer is INCREDIBLY watered down and it’s flat… What the flip? I want my $5 back lol that’s RIDICULOUS I had to wait that long for watered down FLAT root beer not even fully filled either.

Cashier taking our order seemed disinterested in his job. Wasnt speaking clearly or maintaining eye contact. Wife got a hair in her burger and asked for a new one. They complied but were a little rude about it. No front people to ask for an additional order

The only reason why I gave this nasty place 1 star was because 0 stars isn’t an option. I just ordered here this evening. Spen fourth dollars on a family meal and some nuggets and the drumsticks and thighs were the nastiest pieces of whatever that was we attempted to eat ever! My kids love chicken and not a single one of us could even finish an entire piece! The nuggets were crumbs and the service was rude. Don’t eat here unless you plan on having to buy something else for dinner like I did. That was 40$ in the trash, and we ended up with little Ceasars as we couldn’t even finish the food and were still hungry!

Today i went to A&W
For 2 papa burger combos! I asked for no pickles or Thousand Island sauce but i wanted mustard and ketchup! Well i got home and all the burgers had was a hamburger patty, cheese and a half bottle of mustard and ketchup seeping out the sides! I called and the best they could do was have me take them all the way back to get them replaced! Never going back again!!!

I drove 15 minutes each way to have an A&W burger today and my experience was far from pleasant. When I got home, I noticed that only one of the two fries were in the bag. I tried to call the number to let them know in attempt to fix the issue, but the phone number that Google provided did not even ring.
I am not driving 30 minutes to get my owed refund, so instead I will never visit this location again and encourage anyone from going out of their way to visit.

Never again! I ordered 2 #1 and a side of onion rings. $25!! I was asked to pull into spot #2 because they had to wait for the onion rings. Upon arriving home, I did not receive the correct order at all. I had chicken instead of my burger order. When I called and informed them, I was told I accepted the bag they gave me. I accepted it trusting it was prepared correctly. I won’t be back.

So I placed my order they gave me the total I drive up to the window. I handed the cashier my money and, she’s takes it, then it suddenly dawns on her that the manager is not there and they don’t have the cash register set up and can only do either exact change or card. One that’s poor management if the manager is not there the store shouldn’t be open especially if the employees don’t have access to the registers. Also the girl was rude about telling me they dont have anyway to give me change. She also should have mentioned something at the box because then I wouldn’t have wasted my time or her time knowing I only had cash and they weren’t accepting it currently. Poor management, rude employees, bad business.

The Chicken, in our classic chicken sandwiches, had no flavor or seasoning at all; it wasn’t even salted. Do these people understand how awful chicken tastes when it is unseasoned? Its bland. It tastes like the oil you fried it in.
Unacceptably slow service at the drive thru. The staff made me sit at the menu for 10 minutes before they took my order. Is this a joke? Pathetic.

This was THE WORST experience I have maybe had at a fast food place EVER. All 3 employees we dealt with were rude and didn’t bother to answer questions or help us at all. The food we got was COLD not even lukewarm. Cold. It was clearly old and just thrown into the bag. We were told they “didn’t have any more drumsticks” and offered no sort of makeup or substitution. Tried to use a coupon and were just told “this one wont work” and given no explanation. No receipt so we can’t even leave a review on the website.
