If I can rate a zero the assistant manager, I talked to tonight he hung up on me.. I had no papa suce on my food or for my cheeses curds I try to explain it to him and he hung up rudely spend money for what .. they need to fire the Assistant manager that was working tonight June 10 of 2025 where does it say no papa sauce if a gm or someone please get a hold of me on here would be great all I wanted was a papa burger I’m pregnant and I was one of my cravings and I get my food and there’s nothing on there and when I called the manager, he was so disrespectful and kept telling me that it said no papa sauce but as u can see there was to be papa sauce . How you guys do business if you have an assistant manager, that is rude and hangs up on your customer saying that he was right . I was a manger before and I would never said a customer was wrong he did not even care to replace it or refund me All I wanted was my food my burger with an actual pap burger with papa sauce on it and my spicy papa sauce for my cheese curds if you guys could kindly get a hold of me . I will be calling in the morning to talk to see if a GM or another manager could assist me. Thank you in advance!

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. We ordered the original and the spicy chicken sandwiches with French fries and Mac n cheese. Fries were on the lukewarm side, but the sandwiches were made to perfection. The employees were helpful and friendly, and the service was quick. The dining area floor and the women’s restroom were dirty.

Good service, friendly staff. But the A&W root beer just tasted….off, like too much vanilla was added or maybe the lines had been previously used for cream soda. Food was good, drink less so. But overall decent.

It’s a KFC too. So I’m giving them 5 stars because they saved our Thanksgiving with a delicious fried Turkey at the last minute. However we went back a few day later and asked for extra crispy and got original recipe. Which was kind of a bummer but still delicious. 3 stars on that one. Anyway
