I appreciate the response. Vertical Coney dogs from the drive-thru are not a good thing. I mostly wanted someone to know about this more than anything. I was too angry to walk back into the store so I just found a trash can in the shopping center nearby and through the whole thing out. Thankfully most of the stain is gone from the car upholstery. There are definitely bigger things to worry about in this world, but damn. This sucked.

Be careful at this location, check your bill carefully BEFORE paying. They don’t honor the prices on their drive thru menu and will overcharge you. If you go in the store to show them the mistake (literally pictures of their board) they will tell you that the computer is right and the drive thru board is wrong, and will refuse to refund you. Pure theft from their customer.

Went through drive through.was getting a root beer float for mo. In hospice. Told them my order. Went to window and gave them my card. Was not given a total. Hopefully they did not screw up. She told me tom ove up even tho no one else was coming. I waited for about 15 mins.finally Went up to door but it was locked Business was open. Went back to drive thru and knocked on windows. Their was 3 people in there just talking.. she opened the windows like she was. Busted. Fixed the float while I was standing there. Got it. It was terrible. Made us both sick.clean it up or shut down!

Refued to answer drive though, went to the counter and employees ignored me and my wife, as they talked in the back and one employee continued to clean counters while looking at us, I never received help after 20 minutes of standing at the counter. Your employees should understand that the customer pays their paycheck and maybe should take orders…

I went through the drive thru because I was trying to grab food quick. Order seemed to go okay, other than having to wait a few minutes with radio silence before someone asked to take my order. At the window I paid and they gave me my drink. No problem. Waited a few more minutes, then same guy came back to the window and asked me to pay (I’m guessing for the car behind me). When I told him I already paid he looked legit confused. Then a woman (I think the manager) stepped up and confirmed my order, then asked me to pull ahead while waiting for fresh onion rings. I pulled ahead and waited a few more minutes, then was brought my food. Checked the bag. Ordered a double papa burger … got a single. Ordered cheese curds … got Chilli fries. (Onion Rings were right and hot). But at this point I had to go inside to deal with it because now I don’t trust the drive-thru and I paid for food I didn’t get. Inside the woman (again, I think she was a manager) asked how she could help. As I explained it to her the guy from the window came over and started arguing and accused me of lying about not ordering chili fries. I went in just to get the order fixed, but at that point I decided I just wanted my money refunded and go somewhere else. The woman did the refund and apologized, which I do appreciate. I have tried this location several times over the last couple years and unfortunately I have had an issue every single time. I like A&W root beer and the food is usually good so I kept trying hoping it would get better. Unfortunately, after today I’m done coming here. And I would have to recommend others go elsewhere too.

Honestly it was so nice to finally find an A&W that was overall great!! First we were able to come inside and order and dine. The young man who assisted us was absolutely delightful. He was courteous and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing visit. He honestly gave the very best customer service that I have longed for. Food was cooked excellent and fast. The lobby was clean and well stocked. This will definitely be my primary A&W that I will be going to. I will happily drive 20 minutes to visit again.

Tables were sticky. Only one person was working the front while four people were in the back. Had to wait 10min for ketchup while my food got cold.

The service was great. Very friendly. However, we pulled out of there and took one bite of a burger and noticed immediately that the meat was rotten. All burgers (including in the kids meals) were rancid and rotten. We will most certainly get sick. Tried to call them 6 times and the phone rang forever and then hung up.

Loved it. Hadn’t visited an A&W in many years. The root beer float was fantastic and my friends had no complaints about the food. The service was quick and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s also handicap parking. So I’ll just go ahead and give these guys my highest recommendation. Please like my review. Thanks

Been multiple times as A&W is one of my favorite fast food stops. However almost every time they either forget to give me something I ordered or give me the completely wrong thing (mashed potatoes instead of fries, wrong burger). This latest time we went at 830pm (1.5 hours before they close) and the sign in the drive-thru was unlit (they were still open and asked for my order) and they were completely out of every burger. Food is good customer service at this location is awful
