I wasn’t able to even place an order without the lady in the to-go window started being extremely rude. At around 2:35pm, my uncle and I went to try out A&W, when we pulled up to the window, you can already tell by her face (I believe her name was Marie, an older lady) she was not having a good day. I greeted her and asked if I could order 2 A1’s one combo and one just the sandwich. She then corrected me in a rude manner saying then I don’t want two A1’s then proceeded to give me my total when I was not done ordering. I informed her that I would like to order more and she gave an attitude back AGAIN. Then my uncle asked her why she has an attitude and she snapped back saying: “I am not your server, he is.” Talking about me. Is it because I’m a darker skin? One can come up with endless scenarios based on what she meant by saying that. Needless to say, we did not end up trying this place at all. Couldn’t even place an order without the lady being racist and rude. I have never encountered anyone this rude at a fast food place or restaurant in my life.

I had a very poor experience at this location. I spoke with a young man (didn’t get his name) through the drive thru. I couldn’t read the menu so I was asking questions. Granted I am the only one in the drive thru the entire time. He asks me to pull up to the window and an older lady named Maria was very abrupt, rude and to top it off She rolled her eyes when I asked a few more questions. Very rude, awful service, except the young man. Good food though

The little old ladies working seemed to be so confused. On offer me my drink twice, when I already had it. The one taking ordered, had just taken my order, the stated she didn’t have my order. They seemed to be so confused on what they were doing. I definitely won’t be going there again.

Papa burger was not very good. Greasey! I got the combo and chili cheese fries cost over $17.00. I’m from Michigan and never paid that much for there food. Workers were very friendly and nice.

Smelled really bad inside the store. Stood there for 5 minutes, and nobody came to take our order. Just mean mugged by the only person we see behind the counter. No wonder it is always empty.

This is actually an A&W and Long John Silver’s. We had the LJS part of the menu, but the A&W side is good too. The food is really good from both menus, so it’s a win/win going here.

I was craving a root beer float with my girlfriend and we drove all they way over there and expecting it to be a A&w place I expected it to have ice cream . Getting there I was excited and couldn’t wait to get that root beer float I was craving. Until I learned when ordering that they didn’t not have any ice cream my drive and moment was ruined , and just got ice cream at the McDonald’s but my craving for the root beer float didn’t not die.

Food was fresh and staff very friendly. Very rare to find one of these A&W restaurants. Root beer floats are great. Cool to see the old jukebox. Fish and chicken are very juicy.

This is such a clean A&W. The staff is kind and the food is fresh. My family and I enjoyed Fish that is light and crispy, burgers are juicy, and the coleslaw crunchy and sweet. The root beer float is a perfect treat!
