I was exited my husband chose this one cuz he wanted fish I got a burger and chilli cheese fries. Well I open my chilli cheese fries and see that I have like 6 peaces of fries in the damn container. I couldn’t find the actual price anywhere for how much they cost but googled it and it’s anywhere from 5 to 6$. If im paying that much for some damn chilli cheese fries I expect to have more then literally 6 PEACES this is a joke. Jack in the box has them for 3.50 and you get an actual side of chilli cheese fries. I have never eaten here before and will never again this is ridiculous!

Filthy……. there’s so much dirt and food debris on the floor is crazy. Bunch of staff having a good old time but no no one cleaning.
In response to the the reply from management from this review about how it’s hard to enure customers “safety” while they’re open and that’s basically WHY no one’s cleaning….. what kind of ridiculous excuse is that? There is old food and trash littered all over the floor, behind trash cans, under tables and chairs….. obviously there for days and probably weeks. The health concern shouldn’t be cleaning supplies sir or madam but roaches and rats or God knows what else. You have a staff that are sitting on payroll having stand up and not a cleaning rag, broom or mop in hand and that’s ok?
Jack in the Box on Danforth recently met it’s demise for much less….. the cost of food doesn’t match what we we recieve and the response was TEMU at best.

Nope never again let’s start off with the drive thru. trying to order off the menu and no one responds there is a piece of paper floating around saying please pull up to the window our mic is out “really” so I get to the window place my order have to sit and wait a little longer and the food was so Bland no flavor my hot dog looks like it was on a diet it was so skinny there was more chili than anything else…

First off, it looks like whoever owns this store refuses to spend any money on it. Half of the lights don’t work, and the sign has been damaged for years. Next, the last 2 times I’ve gone in, I’ve stood in line for over 10 minutes without anyone saying hello or we’ll be right with you. No sense of urgency from ANY of the employees. I walked back out both times. The bad service is not worth the price of the food.

Arrived at 1:59 PM and ordered two burgers with fries and a two piece chicken basket with fries to go. It was 2:30 PM when we walked out with food we had to bag ourselves. They forgot our drink cups and a box of crumbs I paid for but didn’t want to wait another thirty minutes to get.
The place was packed with people who had been there for an hour and a half waiting for food. The seats were torn, and people in the drive-thru were moving faster. They had to come out and speak to customers and ask which ticket was theirs. The employees kept yelling at each other.
People were walking out asking for refunds. At all costs avoid this location. The only decent thing about our visit was the food was good.

Power Stache
First of all, the good points: The burgers are good quality for fast food, with good quality toppings. A&W root beer has also always been one of my favorites, with a much smoother and creamier taste than other root beers. The fact that it is attached to a Long John Silver’s also means that you can mix and match items from the two menus, which is great if you love hush puppies as much as I do.
Unfortunately, as good as the food here is, the service ruins it. I have only been there three times, and the long waits I had to put up with two of those times have put me off from going back. One time I didn’t even order because I sat at the speaker box for several minutes without having my order taken.
Of course, this was all in the evening, so earlier shifts may have better service, but I would definitely recommend against going in the evening unless you are fine with a very long wait.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I’m the general manager for a fast food place myself and know how difficult it it’s but this place was extremely disappointing I went through the drive thru to grab lunch after a meeting with my husband and son and they gave us the wrong food nothing other then cheesecake was correct when I called to let them know who answered the phone was extremely short when I tried to explain to them was cut off with ok I’m not in front of a computer. Will not return to this location ever again

First Visit at night to this location was great (Dine in). The employees were very nice and friendly. The food was good and the store was clean.
Second Visit during lunch time to this location was absolutely horrible. The employees on this visit were not friendly and had facial expressions and body language that said we were bothering them with our visit and that they did not want to be there. Then when we received our cups and went to the fountain machine. Every soda flavor tasted horrible as if it was made from pond water. The syrup was weak and based of the bitter taste I imagine they have not probably cleaned the machine in a while.
Overall the experience was horrible and this was our last visit to this location.
