Food was very good and the staff were great! The cashier was quick to bring us our food. I got the 3 piece chicken meal with rice and French fries. The AW root beer is amazing here. Best place to get it.

This place; LJS/A&W is DISGUSTING!!! FILTHY, STINKY, YOU STICK TO THE FLOOR. Trash on tables, nasty condiments, the tartar sauce pump was broken and the lid was off… Gross!! The drink station was so sticky and dirty. I think they wiped it down with dirty mop water. The guy that took our order “Bob” took out some trash then went to handle food WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! I had to tell the manager to have him wash before handling food. That was it. Over 20 minutes after ordering and food wasn’t ready. I demanded and got a refund and promptly left. The health department will be getting a call in the morning.

Expect to wait here no matter what you order, but it will be worth the wait. For a fast food joint they dont disappoint. My burger was crispy juicy and fresh. Fries were garbage but the burger was great. Nice and greasy to curb that craving.

Came here to use BOGO coupon from Mavericks game and the little one was excited to get a float. The food tasted good, but the size did not match the prices. The patties were normal hamburger size, but charged at premium 1/4 lb type. The combo upcharge wasn’t worth it as the fries still looked like a small.
The float tasted good, but not the quality I expected from the past.
The service was good and speed average. It looked like only one guy was working so the store was a little messy. Floor had lots of grease by the bathrooms.
The signs say “celebrating 100 years”. Well the food is still the same but the prices are way more.

My wife and I were feeling nostalgic, so we went for Root beer floats. Unfortunately, they put the soft serve in first then covered it with Root beer. Which made them basically explode. When the foam finally settled, they were only half full. Not just that, but the drive through attendant didn’t bother with wiping the cups down and just handed us a stack of napkins and the cups. I wiped the cups down. Got most of the spillage off the outside of the cups and handed the now saturated stack of napkins back to the attendant. Their aprons were covered in smutch and I saw one individual use theirs to wipe their hands off.
We will most likely get our floats from DQ from now on. 🙁

Literally the most disgusting place I’ve eaten. When we got there the employee was arguing with a customer about the taste of the soda. She said it was out of syrup and he can tasting it saying it was fine. As we order he informed us the grills weren’t working so no A&W. Also they were out of root beer. The food tasted like it was cooked in months old grease. The place was filthy as well. The whole shop goes out to lunch together every day. The guy who picked this place is no longer allowed to select where we go. It’s become the butt of all of our lunch jokes. Avoid this place at all cost.

The food was good and we did enjoy it. It didn’t take to long to get the food considering I don’t think there were enough workers there. But I worry about who is managing this place. The floor going to the bathroom was slippery but not wet, I think there might be some residue that wasn’t cleaned properly.
When we first walked in there was no trash bag, the trash can was out. The gentleman covering the dining room was walking around looking for bags.. I guess he didn’t know where they were. He got on the headset and asked for bags 2 times. Not sure what else was discussed but he found bags after a few minutes while we were deciding what to order.
When we went to go find a table to sit down almost all of them were dirty with some crumbs and such. So I had to wipe a table with a napkin to sit down.
The same gentleman took our order nd didn’t really interact with us during our order. He got on his headset and was talking about a customer they had just had in the the drive through. Saying things “you should have seen her” He forgot to give us our drinks until I asked for them when our food was ready.
When I went to the counter to ask for some Ketchup and ranch there was a lady there. She was being rude to the gentleman who had took our order through the food window. She was mad about something not being cleaned and that she had told him to clean it. She didn’t say a word just handed me the items I asked for and went back to talking to the gentleman.
I hope they find a way to make this place better and that this review might help bring to light simple problems that can be fixed.
