Young lady at counter was quick with order and helpful for menu options. Received a frosted mug for dining in, then cup to leave. Ordered the double cheeseburger fries and drink for $13.
Food was very well cooked and evenly cooked, not having burnt edges or anything. Fries seemed fresh and just the right crunch and seasoning.
Though not many people dining in or busy, it looked clean but floors were slick (as it would be next to cooking station, not fresh mop water for patron side).
Condiments were readily accessible and full.
Food was promptly brought to me as well, which was nice.

Definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They have some of the best deep fried cheese curds that I’ve had. They have added a $5.00 box that comes with a burger, chili cheese fries, and a drink. I love their root beer, but wished they had frosted mugs. Service was fast and friendly. They brought the food to our table when it was ready.

Literally just left there & When I Tell Y’all Hailey In The Drive Through Did So Well That I’m Typing This And Haven’t Even Made It Home Yet ! I was a bit difficult I know because I do not eat here at all so I had so many questions and was changing my order etc ( not purposely being annoying ) but I just wasn’t sure , even tho they were busy not once did she get frustrated with me she was so nice and sweet about it and answered all my questions , even getting to the window she greeted me with the most beautiful smile and welcoming vibe I felt so valued as a customer because of her and my food is hot fresh and amazing for ! This was an excellent 1st experience for me and I don’t even live this way but I will drive 20 minuets just to come eat here again because of her service !! She’s so amazing I’m young myself & it’s hard finding people who genuinely care and it’s makes the company look so nice

There’s a novelty in being able to mix-‘n-match the menu from a burger joint and seafood. A&W floats make everything better, will visit again.

Food was excellent! I was in the mood for a good, old-fashioned cheeseburger & A&W’s 2 for $5 double cheeseburger deal with a side order if sriracha cheese curds hit the spot! Drive-thru was a little on the slow side, hence 4 stars instead of 5. But the food & courtesy of employees were both great! I’ll be back for sure!

The Long John Silvers fish and hush puppies were very thick with batter and super greasy. Customer service was horrible. On the A&W menu the fries are tasty and my son hated his hot dog.

There were no indoor services permitted. The drive-thru was a bit slow. After we pulled away, we discovered part of our order was missing. We had to crawl back through the drive-thru to get the rest of our order. The food was fine. Make sure your order is complete before you drive away.

Whenever you try to order something off the A&W side of the menu the employees act super annoyed at you and it takes like 15 minutes for them to make your order. And that’s if your lucky. Half the time they just tell you “we dont have that” despite what the menu says.
Cheese curds specifically are the worst. I have tried ordering them a handful of times from different A&W’s in the state. Everytime I was told “we dont have that”.
