It’s a little lackluster in all areas. The people were but slow. Some wearing pajama pants and no union shirt. Store was dirty. My burger was cold and not well put together. I know its fast food, but don’t expect much from here.

Eh… I love A&W, and I’ve been to a few around the Midwest. But this one was a little mediocre. It didn’t have the little boxes on the tables. It was small. The service was lacking. The prices have gone up just like everywhere else. And the root beer tasted different than in times past, though maybe that was my taste buds playing tricks on me. You know how that goes. Overall I just wasn’t impressed. Nothing major — I’d still go here if I were in the mood — it just wasn’t as good as other A&Ws I’ve been to.

I recently ordered a double bacon cheeseburger for over $9 and expected a good burger, but I was disappointed. The lady who took my order was upbeat and friendly, but the woman at the window was a complete contrast. She sounded angry and looked ticked off, didn’t bother to greet, just asked if I had the burger and wanted payment. I greeted her and said thank you, but it was clear she wasn’t interested in any kind of customer interaction.
I could already tell based on the lack of basic courtesy, that the food was going to be bad because if they can’t even be bothered to greet you then they definitely don’t care about the food they serve you.
I opened up the burger on the way home and it was a sloppy mess. There was a huge glob of mayo off to the side falling off the burger and the lettuce was wilted and all over the place. The taste didn’t make up for appearance either.
I’m only giving two stars because the lady who took my order was friendly, everything else was a zero.

Typical A&W. My niece loves the food here and wants it often. They have a good burger and onion rings. The root beer is decent too!

Service was good and quick and food was fresh. Family said burgers were good especially the spicy one. Fries and onion rings were fresh, hot and good. Chicken sliders were not the best. Very little flavor and fatty. $60 to spend a family of 6. Restaurant was clean.

Food was good, the worker was nice considering they were very busy, but all of the tables were dirty/sticky, and I think part of that is because they fill the root beer mugs to the brim, so it spills over the side as they carry the mug.
Just fill it lower, no one is getting screwed over by filling it to a reasonable level; that’s why the mug is so big – to allow for empty space.

The food was great and fresh. As someone who’s loved root beer floats finally getting to try A&W root beer float was an absolute 10/10. Couldn’t recommend it more.
Bacon cheese burger has generous amount of cheese and wasn’t cheap on the bacon. Great sized sandwich which fits easily in mouth and fresh fries. Better then any McDonald’s or other fast food chains. (Unless your a McDonald’s fries fan)
