Trust me, the only thing worth getting here is the root beer. I’ve never been to an A&W and decided to take a chance on this one as I was craving fries. I try not to compare chain restaurants but if this is the quality of food this one is producing, I’d imagine the rest are just the same. The fries are mediocre at best, the burger didn’t really have any flavor other than the toppings, and the chicken strips tasted like they came right out of a freezer bag.
The staff at this particular location are extra friendly. Not only did they give me less that what I ordered (3 strips instead of 5 strips like I paid for), but they also argued with me that they did in fact give me 5 strips even though I left the counter 30 seconds prior. As if I would want to steal more strips based off of the way they tasted.
The only credit A&W gets it’s their papa sauce which is like their secret sauce. It was kinda good.
Don’t waste your time or your money here, trust me. Johnny Rockets right next door I’m sure has better food and better customer service.

Alyssa I was the rudest chick i have EVER dealt with in customer service. she screamed in our face, and slammed our drink down on the counter after i asked her to add it to our order. this place is ridiculous and all of the workers here need a huge reality check.
i do not write reviews for places very often. but i knew it was bad when other customers came to me asking if this girl was rude to me as well, as they had the same experience.
EDIT: Alyssa’s name was on the recipe so I guess we assumed that was her name. Either way, the girl with the black hair up in a ratty ponytail was super rude! Also if you were there and you actually allow your employees to conduct themselves this way, that’s really sad.

I had one of the most careless and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever experienced at this A&W. Alyssa I took my order, she was filled with attitude and gave my girlfriend such a hard time over a soda and cheese curds.. THEN another employee while waiting for our order to be done, sprayed the “covid shields” with disinfectant but not caring about how soaked she made everyone waiting for their food also.. VERY DISPLEASING

The establishment was super busy and we had a hard time getting our meal straight, we talked the manager Jaime, and he made sure our meal was perfect and even gave us coupons for the inconvenience! Wow! Our meals were delicious! We haven’t visited an A&W in quite some time and were not disappointed. I ordered the mushroom and onion burger and it was so, so good! I also got the loaded fries, which were also really good! My husband got a bacon cheese burger and was also really pleased with his meal.

terrible customer service. ordered a corn dog and they gave me a Chili Cheese Dog. even when I went back the lady that I ordered my food from seemed confused anout the whole situation. she had said that I had ordered a hot dog with chili and cheese when I had very clearly said a Corn Dog. the gentleman that brought out the wrong order went back to the kitchen, made me a corn dog and seemed pretty irritated about me not getting my right order. most people in this situation would have screamed and thrown items everywhere in which I was fairly calm. even when I got my food it tasted worse than a hot dog from a gas station. kind of tasted like cardboard. don’t eat here even if people say its good.

The people were nice enough but they didn’t pay attention to making the order. I got charged .30 for extra pickles and I got no pickles. The like was so long I just said forget it. The root beer float was only filled about half and the rest was foam. Very sad but we won’t be back

$40.55 on 2 people and it didn’t even fill us up the root beer float wasn’t as good as it used to be chilli cheese frys where good chicken tenders where ok but they where super small the mini corn dogs yes I know they are supposed to be small but they where the size of a quarter and weren’t even good they where cold in the middle the tatter tots where ok way to expensive for such small portions

The service at this location is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The young ladies that work here clearly have zero respect for customers. They are to busy trying to fight with people instead of doing their job. After looking at the management’s response to other paying customers who have also had problems at this location, I guess I am not surprised. Very unprofessional. I plan on making a call to MOA to report this amd to corporate. Makes MOA look bad.
