The man working was not happy to be there. He proceeded to not talk unless he had to. Couldn’t even say hi, how are you when we pulled up to the window. Couldn’t say anything at all even after I wished him a Merry Christmas. Dude, if you hate your job and are miserable just quit. Anyways, I didn’t think the restaurant was open since McDonald’s was closed at 5, but I drove over with my two starving kids. Turned out you were open, but closing in 5 minutes so already the man working seemed annoyed, but I ordered quick and you are supposedly fast food. I’m not sure how your burgers are normally cooked, on a grill? But I guess he turned that off for the night and decided to maybe microwave our burgers and attempt to season them somehow. There was an odd spicey flavoring I’ve never tasted before whichbwas grosd. Whatever he used or how he decided to cook the burgers made them all watery and leaked into all three burger wrappers and I could see some type of odd seasoning I’ve never seen before. My 4 year old son whom literally eats everything wouldn’t touch it. I was starving so I ate mine and regretted it immediately. The taste was just aweful and worse than a McDonald’s “burger”. My other kid also wouldn’t touch his burger. Your place is super expensive so I just wasted a ton of money on three cheeseburgers, what was supposed to be two large fries all crammed into a burger box, and one large cheese curd order with no flavor. We rarely go here to begin with and quite honestly I’m very surprised this place is still in business. Do not recommend. This place needs a huge overhaul if you are going to stay in business. My friends and I were visiting Ripon to check out the movie theater and this was the only place to eat that we could find nearby that was open before 4 and it was a pleasant surprise to see how cool this place looked.

Food was good but does not serve fresh tap rootbeer it’s from a soda fountain so was not happy about that when I ask for it the employee said all come from the soda fountain was super disappointed

Overpriced. I ordered the 3-strip basket and got what looked like a single strip broken into 3 pieces and the tiny bag of fries was only 1/3 full… if I’d wanted a kids meal, I would have ordered one.

Never had an issue with this place before. On this visit though, one of our group had a hair in their burger, got my money back abd they told us they would make a new burger for us. Great, then the new burger had a hair in it also, so did they make a new one, we could not tell because a bite was never taken out of the 1st one. And they had the gall to tell me no one that works here has hair that color and 10 minutes later what walks out from the prep area….. and the attitude from the one lady.

Ok, onion ring lovers this is a must have! Order their large order of onion rings. They come freshly fried, hot and it’s enough for two people or a family with small kids. Delicious!! Comes in a small box.

This place is better than most A&Ws in that the food is warm. We seem to get cold burgers quite often at the one in Oshkosh. The employees here range from very friendly to bored silly, but we have dealt with an older gentleman that is pleasant and efficient. There is a young man that will talk your leg off, but we love his enthusiasm. If you get there at the wrong time, the school kids can be a little noisy. The place is clean, food is good, prices are competitive. Seems reason enough to come back.

We didn’t go inside but did enjoy their rootbeer float day celebration. We haven’t had them in a few years and honestly they were fabulous. So much so that we went back again a few days later.
