The chicken sandwich was rubbery, the person sweeping had no regard for personal space. Sweeping under our table and moving the chair at our table while we are eating.

Aside from not getting the sauce with the cheese curds (ice cold), this is the grossest fast food burger I’ve ever seen. Looked like this right when I opened it. Until today, I’ve never thrown away an entire A&W meal before touching it.

Double Papa Burger was very good.
Onion rings, too.
Grilled chicken tenders where good but could have Been done more. However, they were so juicy that they leaked through the box which makes for a difficult situation if you have to eat in the car.
Got extra onions at no charge
Condiments were missed – that was the biggest disappointment. Fries without ketchup and onion rings without ranch just doesn’t cut it.
As for packaging to go – all the napkins on the bottom – might have been a good thing as they soaked up most of the chicken juice.
Overall, I don’t get fast food often at all. This confirms one of the reasons. However, the food quality was fine.

This A&W is always the best. Consistent food every time – perfect chicken tenders and they always give a huge portion of sauce! Rootbeer floats are always filled past the brim. Service is fast. You won’t be skimped out at this location.

ordered the chicken strip basket. original size. they make as you order them, so they are fresh and hot. cost was about $9. downside was their drive thru was down again.
10/19/24…we ordered the fish combo meal, (×2)…..and 1 LG and 1 reg cheesecurd….had to wait over 10 min in drive thru if. not longer. I was expecting fish fry meal like you get at the one in wautoma. we finally rcvd our food, and we had to pull over since we though they had given us chicken stips! but NO, THAT WAS ACTUALLY OUR FISH. Dried up small pieces of what I’m guessing was fish fillet. the only redeemable choice of food was the cheesecurds. This is what we paid $34. dollars for!! NEVER AGAIN!
This used to be such a good place to eat at. I will drive the extra mileage to wautoma for now on.

Came in around 12 on a Saturday and the staff was awesome. Food was great. Saw a younger guy in the back and some others in the kitchen and they did a great job making the food. Caught them during a rush but they got the food out in a reasonable time. I would come again
