Visited this a&w coming home from a family road trip. Staff was super friendly and service was quick. When we opened the spicy double papa burger, there was no meat in the burger! Additionally, the other burger ordered was cold. The fries and cheese curds were good but the burgers were very disappointing. I completely understand it was a mistake but was still not worth our time and money.

The food was good but I can’t believe how expensive it is to eat there. I had a 5 piece chicken strip basket and I had a $1 off coupon and it still cost me $15. I can eat at Raising Canes a lot cheaper and get more food. I probably won’t go back. Might as well eat at a restaurant if I’m going to pay that much.

Went through drive thru. There was no one in lobby. And one person in front of me. One behind. The person in front of me got their order wrong. So naturally I checked mine. And it was also wrong. Decided to stay to see if they just gave the food (which I had touched to see what it was) to this customer. I believe they did. I had crinkled the bag when it was on my lap and the bag they handed them looked the same. And there was no wait time for new food they got it right away.

The staff went above and beyond to make my experience incredible. The burger was super fresh! Tomatoes ripe and flavorful, bun was delicious, and the amount of meat was incredible. The shake was perfect!

Not happy with the food. Husband had the double cheeseburger meal and it was dry and tasteless.. I had the Papa Burger Combo and it was tasteless. The french fries were tuff. All in all we were not pleased with the Stanley A&W. Will not be going back there or recommend it.
The server could hardly walk and I felt so sorry for her walking out our order. In Fact My Husband went and got it. Also when taking the order she did not appear very friendly. Maybe she was in pain I don’t know.

We stopped for a quick supper while we were on the road. Our order was pretty simple, 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup and 2 regular cheeseburgers. Well, unfortunately, they were unable to get this simple order correct. It’s really difficult to understand how something so simple can be made into such a difficult task. If you want anything different than the way it is usually made, don’t stop at this location, as they have a hard time following the simplest of changes.
