Food was fresh and delicious, service wasn’t terrible but they did not seem happy about us walking in more or less exhausted and did not want more customers coming in. Which is understandable but at the same time they made it obvious and made it awkward almost wanted to just turn and leave. But we stayed and luckily we did because the food was delicious.

Usually this place isn’t bad. I was very unimpressed with the level of service and the way the staff were acting. First off the staff were having inappropriate conversations between the front staff member and the kitchen staff. This escalated to a throwing things back and forth between them like a game. Then when our food came out it was ridiculous how much ketchup and mustard was on our burgers. It was so much that I had to take a napkin and wipe it off just to eat it. When it’s a kids meal I would assume that they don’t use that much since kids are kind of picky. It was even a ridiculous amount for an adult meal. Then when I came back and talked to the manager it was as if she could care less what I was saying. She told me that I should ask for light ketchup and mustard next time. I said, “I shouldn’t have to ask for less when the amount put on was way over the top to begin with. It was squirting out into the wrappers before I even opened it up” she just walked away. It’s a shame that people don’t have a little more courtesy with customers who have issues. I get the whole disgruntled customer being rude. But when I was not rude and I add being very polite about this her response with an attitude will be the reason that this place will lose business. I get having fun at work but there is also a time and a place for that. Have some situational awareness and know your surroundings before having certain conversations that shouldn’t be had in front of customers. Lastly is that believe it or not the customers are the ones that give you a job. If they don’t come to your establishment because of poor, rude, incompetent service they will go out of their way to not visit said establishment. That will have an impact on your sales and overall profit margin which means less hours because of less revenue. The better the service is the better the business will do. Employees always want to get paid better and get raises then maybe they should actually try to earn them. Lastly they should change the menu as it is a bit misleading for people. It shows every meal as a double and you have to ask to downgrade it and not an upgrade how it should be.

Best chicken strips in town. Deliciously crispy and seasoned just right. Everything was fresh. The burgers were very flavorful. Service was friendly and super fast. 5 stars! We will be back.

Very friendly order taker at drive thru. Fish sandwich made fresh cheese Curds bomb. Ranch should be included with cheese Curds though. Not extra money. Free inside for ranch.

Found two long hairs in the middle of my burger. Yuck All food places should require hair nets specifically for this reason. I can’t bring myself to go back after this.

Waited in drive thru literally 5 min for a medium coffee in a dirty cup. Scalding hot. Burning my hand thru the cup. Had to throw it out the window. Nobody wants there coffee that hot.

The friendly service was outstanding. The woman who took our order was extremely helpful. Food was great…real onion rings. I recommended having your meal inside as you get your root beer in a frosted mug…mmmm! All tables were clean.

Amazingly kept up and clean location!! I’ve never been to this one before, but the food was amazing and the staff were very nice and helpful! This was also by far the busiest one I’ve ever been to and the staff were keeping up! All the food came out in a matter of minutes hot and fresh. Not to mention they were overflowing with merch that you don’t usually see at an A&W which was really nice to see and a thriving restaurant. Overall this place was an asking atmosphere of happy employees and clean restaurant, A&W for the win!

We got our food fast and it was pretty good. The lady at the front was pretty rude and barely spoke. We ordered 2 drinks and when I asked for the 2nd glass she just kept staring at me. After a while she finally just handed me a glass without saying anything. Also the swirls are very overpriced when they don’t even come filled. Also just a tip but the staff should not touch anyone’s children. My daughter was sitting in a high chair and one of the staff grabbed her hand as she was walking past. I don’t know you, please don’t touch my child.
