❤️ We love A&W! The food is so delicious, the place feels warm and cozy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s super family-friendly and has that rare old-fashioned vibe you don’t find much anymore. Highly recommend!

Just had a bacon double cheeseburger that was made perfectly. All fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. The rest of the meal was great.. but this burger is exactly what I wanted/needed.

i was intrigued by the reviews saying there was table service. my son and i stopped by last night. we seated ourselves and were promptly handed menus by our server. the service was quick and friendly enough.
my burger and onion rings were delicious. a&w consistently has outstanding onion rings. my chocolate malt was ok–a little too thin for my presences. my son had cheese curds–fresh and hot and perfectly melty. he loved his frosted root beer.
i loved the fact that our food came on china plates and my drink came in a plastic glass. this place felt more like a diner than a fast food joint.
if we lived locally (we’re from nashville), i would definitely be hitting this place up frequently.

This was an excellent surprise of nice people and good food. The chicken tenders were meat and tasty. Servers were attentive overall and very patient with the kids. Will be happy to go back anytime.

Couldn’t wait to post a FANTASTIC review of this place. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY upon entering, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was “homey”. I took my food to go, but I will enjoy eating here when I do. The food was hot when I got it because it was made after I ordered, and the taste was amazing. I ordered my burger with no onion, and guess what… no onion! These are the best onion rings I’ve found in a fast food establishment so far, and did you see how big that shake was? And yes .. I needed the spoon.

I came in March 10, 2025. Got some breakfast. It was nice to find this restaurant not attached to a Long John Silver. I didn’t know A&W cooked breakfast. The food was good. The pancake was a big size. I got eggs also. Everything tasted great. The service was ok. It seems as if everyone was “standoff-ish”. But there were regulars who came in that got extra attention. I hope to visit another A&W while doing my travels through the Midwest.

Really good. We were caught off guard that it is sit down and be waited on. It is not like MacDonalds fast food. You have a waitress here.

I pretty sad all our local Illinois A & W in our part of Illinois have gone out of business. We Been here a week. Ate here twice. We will eat lunch tomorrow before we head back home.
