Staff was incredibly friendly and made the food in a timely manner, I ordered their Bacon & Swiss Double Burger and it was incredible. Super juicy, crispy bacon, amazing cheese and caramelized onions. Would highly recommend to try, the A&W root beer is always great tasting.

Ordered a drink and got a lid that didn’t fit. We were told they got new cups but wouldn’t use the new lids until they used all the old ones first? Then as my daughter finished eating her chicken strips we noticed 2 out of 3 sauces were expired. Perhaps lowering cost shouldn’t forfeit service or food safety/quality

Ordered a gallon a root beer twice and both times it feels like I have been ripped off. The clear circle on the left side is how high the soda is supposed to go up to but it’s always quite lower. There doesn’t seem to be any standard way of measuring up to the gallon mark.

Amazing food and amazing customer service, the workers work hard and do an amazing job to get the food ready in a timely manner and still have it be delicious and they do it with a smile on their face. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning when I go back to the city.
