This place is horrible. The food is bland and tasteless. The works are dress like slobs, act like slobs, the attitude is the worst. The kitchen help were wearing stocking caps. One had a beard no hair nets no beard nets. Wish I could have gave less than 1

I ordered 2 chicken sliders and onion rings someone in back yells 6min on chicken and other things I guess to deter someone from buying it if they have to wait. Then it all came out burnt tasting and the buns were falling apart like they were dry. Went to get ketchup and both were out I asked for more the little Mexican kid comes out like I was lying to him did you try this one you mean the one 3in from the first one yes I tried both. He walks off doesn’t come back had to ask someone else to get packs then she came out to restock while he stood like he was the boss. This place has shot down hill since opening and recently the new crew I see here seems to be the problem besides bad food.

Daytime food is fairly fresh and the onion rings and cheese curds are always good. Evening shift orders are absolutely disgusting. The food isn’t cheap either so it’s a huge disappointment that all the ice cream orders were runny and not frozen ice cream. The burger was so greasy and not as stated in the description. Missing condiments. Cold fries. The burger tasted honestly rancid like it was spoiled. Won’t be going here at night ever again.

Stumbled across this place on our way home from a vacation, and we don’t have A&Ws at home so I never pass up the opportunity. The young man with longer hair that took our order on 7/7/24 was awesome! He was super good with our kids and was very genuine. I ordered the French onion burger and it was the best burger I’ve had at a fast food place in a long long time!

Went twice and ordered the shrimp. I wanted double order of shrimp. I only got one with fries. I didn’t want the fries. I also ordered a Reeses polar swirl

Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers plain. They were fresh and piled with bacon, made correctly with no condiments. The rootbeer is cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup, what a huge plus! They also have chocolate (and twist) soft serve, not just vanilla which will have me coming back regularly. Ice cream is really reasonably priced too. Overall very positive experience.

Love A&W, but my wife has not been so lucky the couple times we’ve stopped by. Her chicken sliders had pickles even tho we asked for none and the buns looked like they were literally torn in pieces. Looked like someone played frisbee with them before they made the sliders. They read the order back to us in full after ordering and when we got to the window yet still got it wrong. 2nd time we went everything worked out okay so we felt better. Then the 3rd time she ordered a hot dog combo and they didn’t even put the hot dog in…. They just gave her the onion rings and fries. Overall it’s not terrible but I think they need someone double checking these orders before they just try rushing it out the window. A little quality control and everything would be just fine.
