I don’t know if the employees. There are lazy or just stupid. But whenever I order food with any sort of modification, they either do it half ass or not at all. For instance, these coney dogs shouldn’t have had onions on them.

Waited for over twenty minutes after ordering through the drive through to get our food with four other cars waiting as well. Not even an apology or anthing when the food was handed to us just a here you go. Then to have cold fries on top of it. What is supposed to be fast food is slow and expensive definetly not worth it. This isnt the first time this paticular place makes you wait so long but this will be the last time ill come through. Terrible service

Upon entering, there was an employee standing on the counter… like street shoes where my food was served. I think the employee was fiing the ice cream machine.
Service was incredibly slow. It took way too long for someone to even greet us at the counter. (Even longer wait when we went back up for silverware). The food tasted ok, but was served in puddles of grease.
Certainly not the KFC of the past.

Prolly the worse drive thru in saginaw tou will wait longer then most places, you will have you time wasted, do not stop if not atleast 1hr early to work

I waited at the counter to place my order for over 5 minutes. The employee working the counter and drive thru walked past me out to deliver drive thru orders three times. So she passed in front of me a total of six times and NEVER acknowledged me to even say “I’ll be with you in a minute” or anything. No acknowledgement. Very poor customer service. I ended up leaving instead of being ignored.

I couldn’t even tell you how the food tasted because we waited in line forever and nobody came up to wait on us. All you could hear was employees talking in the background. Multiple employees outside smoking instead of doing their actual job. I’m actually kind of pissed that we drove 15 minutes to come out here. Next time we’ll go to Bay City instead.

Went there twice and both times waited 20 minutes for my food. The first time I went in they gave it to someone else. The second time I went in after 20 minutes they acted irritated and did nothing. I walked out without my food. 20 minutes for a hot dog and cheese curd. Won’t be going back
