My experience at this A&W twelve oaks novi location was horrible and an insult to the customers.Not only was the food disgusting—I was served a cold patty on a cold bun, with equally poor-quality fries and onion rings—but the customer service was insulting. The location is stingy, substituting a simple fountain drink with an $0.08 bottle of water and refusing a standard swap of fries for onion rings without an extra charge. Furthermore, their staff was unacceptably stingy with napkins, a basic necessity for fast food. Save your money and avoid this Twelve Oaks Novi location at all costs.
