First time here and we asked if the hotdogs were Koegels, our favorite, and they didn’t even know at first but finally said yes and I don’t think they were. And we asked if it was real coney sauce, like Flint style, they said yes, it wasn’t, it was chili. The lady that took our order talked too much. The hotdogs weren’t great. The pros were the fries, chicken tenders and root beer were really good.

I stood there will the employees ignored me for about 4 mins. I was about to leave when and employee said they werent open for another couple mins. They need a sign with hours posted because the lights were on so i assumed they were open. The cashier had horrible customer service. She acted like she hated to be there.

Bought a small polar swirl, this is what we got. Asked staff why it was filled half way & they said that is what is expected. Complete BS if you ask me! Don’t recommend getting ice cream here & staff was unfriendly & not willing to give more when asked.

I ate at this restaurant to have a different taste, each restaurant has their own touch of taste, but this one just a regular burger. The other surprise was the size, it was a shrinked Burger was very small. I went back to them and asked them if this is the same that I paid for, which is showing big and healthy in the display photo. They said yes, paid about $18 for two sandwiches, classic one and the cheese burger one. I am not a picky guy when I eat, but this I made many comments about it. See the photos and compare the size of burger with my finger 🙂 . I am sure there was a mistake, it was number 6 on the display but I think they gave me number 0.006

Great place! Hot fries and hot everything, son and I enjoyed it on our day out! Cheeseburger was delicious too along with the chicken tenders! Pretty fast too considering we waited for fries 🙂

I was here yesterday on Sunday March 20th, 2022 around 4:15-4:20PM. There was a woman working as the cashier and she was incredibly rude towards me. She made not one but three remarks to me about moving forward and being in the way. I have a service dog, whom was completely silent and obedient the entire time I was in line and she kept calling me out. I understand that this establishment was busy and Im not discounting that, but just a bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never return to this establishment because of this reason alone. I hope you do some training with your employees about disabilities and customer service.
