Tiegen greeted us right away and was very professional. He was a pleasure and very accommodating when we asked if he would take our picture for this survey. Food was really good just like we remembered. It’s been years since we had A&W. We are on a food tour and we choose A&W for the “A” restaurant.

I have always loved A&W but living in OH I don’t get to enjoy it anymore. They have some restaurants down here but they’re not the original recipe for example the first time I tried one I asked for a foot long coney and the girl told me “we are not subway”
This place was so good! Reminded me of my childhood I bought some souvenir mugs and let my family try what I’m always raving about. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the young people working were so polite and hard working individuals! Thank you for the great experience

Foods a bit pricey but always comes out good. Staff is always polite, except for the owner Frank who treats his own employees poorly. Place during the winter is a disaster because the parking lot is an unplowed sheet of ice thats never Salted so beware.

I left a good review before because I truly had great experiences here, but unfortunately this time was the opposite. The food was a letdown. It tasted bland, poorly prepared, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Nothing felt made with care. My wife got food too and felt the same way. We both left disappointed. Not sure if we’ll be coming back, because I don’t know why this happened!

Note from 2022, For many decades this my favorite A&W location with a large retro dining room. Was closed for about a year until they found a new owner, so Happy. Sad they discontinued the phones at each booth that connects to Counter for placing your orders. No outside drive up order boards or canopy to park under, they come to your car with tablet waitress take order. Just go inside and have a seat, waitress come to table or line up at counter inside. This place really busy around lunch time. Yeah we had a coupon sheet, they let you use all you want. Got 2 Bacon Cheeseburger only 6 bucks good deal. She had really delicious Chicken Tender combo with Fries n Rootbeer. We added a Xtra order Tenders n Deep Fried Mushrooms absolutely fantastic. The mind blowing instant Addiction Sriracha Cheese Curds perfect Spicy I kicked up with A&W Spicy Sauce WOWED. A must try best ever eaten Cheese Curds for the Win. I stretched a couple Curds and placed on Burgers for another OMG. So Happy got a location near my house to pickup more Spicy Cheese Curds. Yes support these local Ma n Pa owned franchise locations so we have them around another 100 year’s. 5 stars for Joslynn. 0 stars for the older man with broken English! He thinks when a customer order is wrong and they shouldnt get the price difference when they over pay! We could tell Joslynn was a newer employee and we did not fault her about the miss haps, it was an honest mistake. But the man…. Well he was a jerk!

Stopped here for dinner last night after finding out the Southgate location closed. Even if the food here wasn’t awesome (which is was!) I would still give this place 5 stars because of the personality of the girl at the register alone. She was friendly, patient, made conversation, asked questions to clarify what I wanted to order and had an all around awesome attitude- the exact kind of person that SHOULD be on the front line interacting with people. Aside from that, the food was excellent, my order was spot on and the time it took to make my order was faster than I had expected. Can’t say enough good about this place.

They’re always really friendly to me at the counter. I like the pictures on the wall but truth be told, the building does feel a bit dated. I bet they could do a little better if they modernized the building, but it takes money to make money.

I was craving Foot long Coney’s from A&W so I headed out to my favorite location. Unfortunately for me, they were closed. So I Googled A&W’s and went to this location. I ordered myself two Foot long Coney’s and a Mug of Delicious A&W Root beer. The Wonderful young lady at the counter soon delivered my order to my table for me to enjoy. Man they were delicious. I was so stuffed and enjoyed sipping on my delicious Mug of Root beer. I will look forward to my next trip there.
