We have been here 2 times, the first time we went they got my order wrong. I chalked it up to just being new. We went back a second time a few weeks later and same problem. The food has been good, the big papa burger and sriracha cheese curds are both good. The root beer is classic and always good. A little disappointed they don’t have curly fries anymore.
The service was just ok and I feel like they need more training. I had to ask if our meals came with drinks because they didn’t give us our cups. I also felt like there was a lot of people standing around that could have been helping the girl take orders at the counter.

Hit up the drive thru for some cheese curds on the way home from an appointment. my dog was in the back seat and the girl gave him a pup cup completely unprovoked. I wish I had caught her name. It was very sweet and unexpected.

Very slow drive thru service plus abysmal food. It’s bad enough that my burgers were bland and stale, but they also looked like someone decided it was a good idea to attack them with some vicious elbows and knuckle sandwiches thrown with anger and rage. Please do better, like much better. Smh.

Waited almost 10 minutes for my order. When given the girl in the window threw it at me with no napkins or the condiments I asked for. I had to wait a few more minutes to get the condiments too. Bad service. Expensive too. I got a small drink and 6pc corn dog nuggets and it was $8.99!

I’ve only been to this location a handful of times, but every time I’ve gone my food is very good. I don’t receive lukewarm sandwiches like don’t of the other restaurants who let them sit in the window, etc. The last time I was at a different location I received burnt onion rings in the bottom half of my container, so it’s a big deal when I actually receive food that should be the norm but isn’t these days. My one and only complaint has to do with printed receipts. Why are minor children’s first any last name printed on every receipt? I’m up for accountability and all, but these are minors and retaliation has become to commonplace these days. Please remove the last name and replace it with just the initial. Otherwise, I’ll be back for hot food

Come on now. It’s sad cause it was good food… Go out of town….Go to YALE. It’s actually A&W the way it’s supposed to taste..to the owner putting up the number. Why do I need to call for my bad experience when I can clearly read them throughout others reviews? Paid 40 for food and asked over 3 times so only ketchup ad mustard then got charged extra for other sauce. Then I drive home to see its full of suace cold fries and onion rings. I had them remake the burgers but they refuse to replace the fries had to pay 16 for new fries so 56 dollars for a 40 dollar meal and a hour wasted. And didn’t reimburse got the suace we were charged for no reason.
