The first time we ate here, very good service and root beer floats. The second time, the server saw us walk in, but continued to mop the floor. No hand wash before serving us. Then our root beer floats were mostly root beer. Very disappointed

Love the burgers at A&W, for the most part. However, if the staff can’t differentiate the difference between “no lettuce, plus papa sauce”, they shouldn’t be taking orders. All I had on my burger was lettuce. Really sucks when I can’t digest lettuce. Hence, NO LETTUCE.

Restaurant is super clean, and the food was fresh. My kids said they had the best fries they have ever had. We enjoyed it so much on our trip we went back the very next day. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restrooms were also very clean.

I ended up going in because the line at the drive through was extremely long. The staff was very friendly even though they were running around like crazy, they got me my order pretty quick and I was on my way, the food was good.

The chili cheese dogs are so over loaded with cheese and chili. There nothing but a sloppy disgusting mess. You can’t taste the hot dog itself. They are so dam sloppy you can’t even pick it up to eat it. Have to use a fork and knife. And the buns are always hard . Its like trying to eat cardboard. And the hard as buns are at all locations I’ve been to.
