So this is one of those combo A&W and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
I wanted the BBQ burger, sorry we’re out of BBQ sauce. OK,
then I’ll have the foot long coney dog i saw on the inherent menu, , sorry we dont serve that item on our limited menu.
Ok then let’s try the coney dog with cheese…sorry we’re out of coney sauce…
The place was absolutely horrible, the garbage cans were overflowing. The soda fountain machine had crud sliding down the side of it and all kinds of mold and garbage underneath it, it was disgusting.
Every single table in the place was dirty even though we were the only patrons eating in at the time. I even mentioned to the girl at the front “hey all your tables are dirty”, she just said “sorry” and went back to what she was doing.
This is NASTY! definitely not a place you want to come eat if you want to keep your appetite. God knows what goes on in the back where they are preparing food.
Oh, and don’t go in the bathrooms, pretty sure they hadn’t been cleaned in years…

With in hrs of eating here, I have diarrhea. I had a hunch that burger was under cooked. I think they did it on purpose. Also if you ever order a hotdog from a&w,, just know, “it says beef on the package but KFC can’t guarantee that” … excuse me? What does that even mean.

We were very excited about coming here, my boyfriend and I. But after tasting our food we were both very dissatisfied. I was disgusted only because it tasted like stale bread and the meat patty had a funny taste and texture I wanted to throw up instantly, but as we should have complained we decided against it and to just leave from dining in.

I can’t really review the food, or the service really, because we walked out thirty seconds after we walked in. Would you like to know why? They were out of — wait for it — ROOT BEER! They were out of freaking A&W Root Beer… at a restaurant called A&W FREAKING RESTAURANT!!! I cannot fathom the overwhelming mismanagement that leads to that! I just can’t. How do you run out of a product that’s literally written on the sign outside???

We pulled up and the doors were locked at 1130 even though it should have been opened. We ended up seeing if the drive through was open it was. A worker was chilling in the parking lot with his kid and gf. On a trip with kids it is not great to eat in a car.

I asked for no mustard and waited in a long drive-through line got my sandwich took a bite and had mustard in it. I am allergic. I wanted to go inside and address this, but the doors were locked and they made me wait in the drive-through line to talk to somebody and I asked for a refund And they told me they don’t do refunds and that I should go to the hospital for being allergic. Horrible experience and customer service!!!! Sorry A&W you just lost a lifetime customer.

This A&W is just sad man. I had never been to an A&W before and had a decent experience my first time through. I’ve been several times since and it’s been bad each time. The workers clearly don’t want to be there and don’t bother hiding it. They’re constantly out of root beer, ice cream, and other food items. Like isn’t that your thing? Burger King should never run out of burgers, KFC should never run out of chicken. My theory is the workers just don’t feel like making the food or drink so they say they’re out or they’ve stopped serving it for the night. Smh, just sad. We won’t be back.

We stopped here on the way to our vacation since we have been to an A&W in years. We were so pumped to try and heir root beer floats but when we got to the register, there didn’t have any root beer!
That’s like going to KFC and they not having any chicken. Extremely disappointing but what can you do. Every trash bin was overflowing and the food was mid at best. Noted to not stop here again.

They are a KFC and a&w together and they didn’t have any chicken or the mini corn dogs or the cheese curds when I went last time. I doubt that I go back for some time

Dining room has never been open the last three times I’ve come from Lawrenceburg to eat there, in the middle of the day. Clearly some serious staffing and management issues. If they cannot stay properly staffed to be fully open, what other corners are they cutting? Will not try again.
