The wait time was a little long, but the service was exceptional and very friendly.I ordered the fish with the lobster bites combo and for it to be fast food it was very delicious. The fish was very fresh as well. I really enjoyed it.

It’s an A&W with a Long John Silvers on it. I hadn’t been to either in upwards of 20 years. It will probably make it back into my rotation of lunch stops. It was definitely a “heavier” lunch but I really enjoyed it. Went with my buddies from work and one guy didn’t understand it was both places rolled into one and started commenting how he really had a sudden urge to go to Long John’s again as he was eating a piece of fish. He felt pretty silly when we pointed out that was exactly what he was eating.

Somehow I remember this restaurant being good years ago but it was not it at all. I ordered corn dog nuggets and some of them were reddish, some brownish on the inside everything just tasted like oil. The root beer cream freeze was just okay. The Oreo cheesecake had a really weird texture. I ended up throwing everything away.

Smells awful. Dirty greasy floors and gas station level bathrooms. Slow. Food was hot, maybe I came after a major rush but the smell inside was definitely wrong off.

Came through at 7:45pm on a Friday night.
Both employees were outside smoking next to the building with headsets on. When I went to order they informed me “we can’t take any order because our system is down”.
Very rude and unsympathetic. I literally went miles out of my way to get this food and what a waste of gas and time.
There is also a sign on the order board stating “ice cream machine is down”.
Took my $41 order across the street to White Castle. If I were you, I wouldn’t even bother trying to eat here.

Poor customer service. I asked for vinegar and tarter sauce and instead of putting it in a bag he handed me so many that they fell to the ground then said OH well and walked away. I had to get the attention of someone else and ask for more. They didn’t have any of the side dishes I requested so I had to compromise as what to get.

Went there this weekend and they had no burgers, no chicken. You could only order Long John Silvers. The guy at the register when we walked in was rude as heck! When he explained they had no burgers and that’s what we came for it took a minute for all 4 of us to change our order…he walked away and the lady took our order..while we waited 20 mins for our food they got in an argument about shrimp in thr back! Thr restaurant was DIRTY! There was literally chunks of something under the soda machine. Dirt everywhere! Ewwwwwaaaaa…couldn’t pay me to eat here again and the workers were almost reason enough to not go back!

Took my kids here, since this is what they picked. The cashier was a friendly fellow, but that was the high point of our visit. Let me add we dined in. Food took, no exaggeration, 27 minutes to get. The fries were old and cold. The burgers were overcooked and dry. The rootbeer was over carbonated. Not to mention it was obscenely expensive for a terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Just stopped in for lunch. Ordered a A-1 combo posted at $7.99. Cashier rang up my order at $10.08. I thought that something wasn’t right because dine in taxes on the posted amount does not come up to $2.09. She said that the drink is separate. The sign clearly says that “combo includes fry and drink”. Another employee said that it is posed wrong and needs to be changed. Another very impatient and extremely rude employee came over and was griping about my asking questions and said that she didn’t want to discuss it and told the cashier to just give it to me for the posted price because she didn’t want to deal with it.
Well, at this point, I was not going to patron the establishment. As I was leaving, I stated that this is what Dollar General was in trouble for. Posting one thing and then charging something else. It’s illegal. When I was leaving, she called me a weirdo as I walked out of the door. Wow. So unprofessional. So uncalled for.
Arby’s got my dine in business. $8.69 with dine in tax is $0.65 so apparently A&W was trying cheat me for roughly $1.50. If they do this to everyone, look at what they scam by the end of the day. Unreal.
